Catarata Eco Lodge

Truly one of the nicest places I stayed in Costa Rica. Very affordable. Nice clean cabins. Pool. Near waterfall. Quietly located (not in busy city centre) & good breakfast. Very friendly, kind & relaxed staff.

We loved our time staying here. It's not a big place but it's very welcoming and incredibly well managed. The lady on the front desk was an incredible host and took great care of us. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast which they were more than happy to adapt to vegan for us. Refreshing little pool and beautifully kept grounds. I'd happily stay here again and would recommend to family and friends.

Loved my stay at Catarata Eco-Lodge! Rooms are simple but clean, with very comfortable beds. It was very convenient to walk/drive into town. The breakfast was also great, loved the fresh fruit every morning. The employees are very helpful and kind. We even saw wildlife right outside our room. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is surrounded by the forest. You can hear in the middle of the night the howler monkeys which make it unique + service + hotel rooms

We love coming to this hotel the customer service is perfect Ivannia is always so nice and helpful when we arrive . We always get the same room closest to the pool . Muchas gracias. Glenn and Cheryl SO CAL

This place is a great affordable place, close to downtown La Fortuna. The grounds and pool were well manicured. They have hiking trails and they have a bird feeding watching station at breakfast. This place is owned by a local family who were so nice and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful. 5 minutes from La Fortuna waterfall.

This place has a lovely garden and pool. It's family-owned and operated. It is run with care. The owner's daughter, who works at the front desk, was very helpful with recommendations of things to do in the area. The breakfast was delicious!

I was there for 2 nights. Absolutely- loved this Hotel. Although- it was Cloudy 100% of time and rain 90% of time. I will trust from other people's pictures that there are great views of Mountains, Volcanoes etcetc. The free(came with my reservation) breakfast is fantastic. One day I had eggs- the other day Pancakes. The grounds are immaculate. The rooms are very clean-not fancy- but you will be satisfied. Ivannia and her family have a done a great job of sharing this Fabulous Paradise with us. I look forward to my next visit. Hopefully- it will not be so cloudy. Thanks Again.
