Amazing time on this catboat sunset cruise around MV. this was one of the most enjoyable things I’ve done on vacation in awhile! Perfect night, very comfortable boat (pillows, blankets, cooler, Bluetooth speaker). My husband and I shared wine and had a lovely time. Captain Kurt was awesome, highly recommend this!

We had an amazing time on our private sail with Capt. Kurt . The boat itself was beautiful, featuring a huge American flag as a sail. Everyone we passed couldn’t help but take pictures! He provided ice cold waters and seltzers, which were much appreciated on a hot day. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the island itself and boating (which we knew nothing about!) . Can’t recommend this experience enough! Thank you Capt. Kurt for making my sisters bachelorette unforgettable!

Catboat Charters was an absolute delight! Such a fun experience. Priscilla and Casey were incredibly kind and knowledgeable and made it such a pleasant experience. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Edgartown.

We had a fabulous 2 hour cruise with Catboat Charters on a Wednesday evening in early June. The couple was knowledgeable about sailing and would point out interesting sites. The boat was clean, had a bathroom, and made for some great pictures! Captain Kurt provided ice, cups and plates for our personal beverages and food. He was personable and available by cell phone. I would highly recommend booking a cruise with Catboat Charters in Edgartown.

Great experience today at Catboat Charters. Weather definitely cooperated and we spent a couple of hours cruising around Edgartown harbor and Chappaquiddick. Highly recommend it. A great way to see the vineyard from the deck of a one-of-a-kind sailboat.

Absolutely amazing. The boat is beautiful, Kurt is welcoming, knowledgable and fun, and the views are gorgeous. Drinks and snacks provided. Highly recommended for a fun mini-adventure out from Edgartown.

Summer 2017 - During a recent visit to Martha’s Vineyard, we had a relaxing afternoon sail with friends aboard the Catboat Charters beautifully restored wooden catboat, “Tigress”. Captain Kurt expertly manned the sails while his first mate, Lindsay, served us wine and refreshments. They were both professional and excellent hosts, answering our questions about the island and making sure we thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon on the “Tigress”. The best part of the day, it’s hard to say…. the spectacular scenery, the calmness of sailing, and a sunny day were intoxicating. It was great to have the opportunity to view the Vineyard from such a beautiful, historic sailboat, too. Not to mention, the kind hospitality of Capt. Kurt and his first mate, Lindsay was unbeatable. We look forward to our next visit to the Vineyard and another sail on the “Tigress”. Thanks for everything, Capt. Kurt, and Lindsay.
