Catch Sushi Bar – Sushi restaurant

Mediocre experience. Sushi wasn’t anything special. Desert was the worst creme brûlée I’ve ever had. The service was good, kind and attentive employees, and a good atmosphere. It’s a cool place, with nice decor, giving the place a special and interesting look. But I won’t be back, there are better sushi options in Aalborg.

My personal go-to sushi spot in Aalborg. Fine food, great atmosphere and kind staff. The only thing I would point my finger at is that I personally think the starters and sticks are better than their sushi. I indulge more in those than their actual sushi. Not to say it's bad, but the former is just better. Their sushi is a bit above average for the standard in Aalborg, but the rest is miles above. Would I go there again? - Yes, it's a place I would take friends and family if we really wanted our moneys worth in the experience of food indulgence, going home with a full belly, and a nice outing.

The staff were friendly and were able to accommodate me as a solo diner at 8pm (I tried at 7pm but they were too busy, and kindly asked me to come back in 1hr). Unfortunately, you cannot book a table in advance for one person. The menu is all-you-can-eat, and you order using an ipad at your table. The food was tasty, good quality, and nicely presented. The portions are small, which in this case is a good thing, because it means you can order and taste many different things on the menu without overdoing it. The cocktails were lovely too, I had the "Tropical" and the "Pink date". I interacted with about 5 members of staff and they all spoke good English and were very welcoming. Thanks to this, I didn't feel awkward or out-of-place eating here on my own. Would highly recommend to any solo travellers (or anyone really) looking for a nice place to eat!

Cozy and calm atmosphere, quick service, various options to choose from menu. Not many dessert options, which is totally fine, the sushi is the main character. Tasty, freshly made food, easy ordering solution. Perfect place for a date, occasions or just to simply enjoy a good sushi!

A very nice place, with very good sushi at a reasonable price. The fastest starters I've ever gotten in a place like that. Friendly and sweet staff. Nice, reasonably priced cocktails. However the atmosphere is pretty loud during peak hours. "music" playing over the speakers only adds to the ambient noise, doesn't make it any better.

Sushi resturant with the choice of "All you can eat" or menu ordering. Friendly staff, and good sushi. We ordered a menu for 2 persons and we were full afterwards ☺️ I can recommend the cocktails aswell, the ones we got was great. Remember to book! It's often full in the weekends. A real pearl. Although the variety of nigiri is small, there are so many other, delicious small dishes. Great staff and ambience.

I was there on a date with my boyfriend to celebrate me getting into medicine study. Good choice. Amazing interior, and amazing drinks. The food was excellent. Tasty and versatile. The best sushi I have had. The concept of all you can eat for 2 hours is very nice because you can try a bit of everything. The male waiter there was exceptional, and I had such a great experience thanks to him. My favourite restaurant in Aalborg. I am coming again.
