Catedral de Tarragona

I was truly impressed by this place — what an impressive cathedral. If you want to see everything properly, you can easily spend an hour or more walking around. The entrance fee is not cheap, but in return you get a wealth of history and beautiful details. This cathedral is definitely worth visiting.

It's one of Tarragona's must-see places. Beautiful and well preserved. It is mostly clean but there are cats everywhere, it you are allergic be careful. There's a free audio guide with your ticket, you scan a Qr code and you can access with it with your phone. The downpart is that they don't mention that you need to bring your own headphones before hand and there are some available at the front desk but in my case, the entrance wasn't compatible. You can read the description but the experience is not the same. I recommend bringing a coat or sweater as it is pretty cold inside.

What a great visit. We have been to many cathedrals in Europe and this one is equal to the best. A massive complex that includes great historical and religious artifacts. You should get the audio guide. Very, very happy with this excursion.

At first we thought €12 per person was a bit steep for a cathedral, but wow it was super worth it! My husband and I spent over 1 hour admiring the beauty of the cathedral and all its rooms and artwork. The leaflet given with the entry ticket was very helpful and ensured that we got to see everything! Too bad the wifi wasn’t fast enough to listen to the online audio guide. But all in all, definitely a MUST-SEE- it was my favourite location to see in Tarragona.

Beautiful place to visit even if you're not religious. Has roman and medieval areas, museum and a beautiful quadrangle and garden to relax and enjoy the atmosphere as well as numerous altars for saints. Shop at exiting has some nice momentoes. Nice little restaurants and bars outside selling traditional food and drink

A wonderful Cathedral with a lot to see. Many chapels and great works of art. Importantly it still feels like a working church and has areas to meditate and pray.

Impressive building and its history. Vast areas usually closed are open to public in this church. Not only religious place, but also very interesting from architectural and historical view.
