We’ve had the pleasure of working with Chef Winston for several of our most memorable occasions — from our graduation and engagement celebration to our baby shower — and he never disappoints! His hors d’oeuvres were a hit at the graduation/engagement party, and the dishes at our baby shower were absolutely exceptional. The food is always the talk of our events — even weeks later! Now, as island people, we can be very picky when it comes to our food. The elders in our family rarely stray from traditional Jamaican dishes, but even they can’t help going back for seconds. I especially appreciate the way he adds a modern spin to classic Caribbean flavors. It’s the perfect blend of authentic and elevated. As Thanksgiving approaches, we’re thrilled to be placing another order and can’t wait to enjoy another unforgettable feast together as a family. Love Catering CC. Chef Winston and team were amazing at our daughter's baby shower! We did a BBQ style lunch with burgers, sausages, jerk chicken, pasta salad, potato salad, and this yummy pineapple coleslaw slaw. The food was delicious. The set up was lovely since the put everything out in small batches so there were no ugly metal trays just pretty stations! They helped our guests get their food and made sure everything was stocked and then cleared all plates and made the kitchen look like they were never there. Truly professional team and absolutely delightful to talk to!

Highly recommend Catering CC for your special event. It’s been a pleasure communicating with this team planning our 20 Year High School Reunion. Emails and inquires were replied to kindly and promptly. The planning committee loved the variety of themed menu options and the price range was perfect in our budget. We were interested in a full service buffet including bar. I will be contacting again for a friends wedding next spring.

Everything was fantastic. The food was delicious and very nicely presented. Your servers and bar tender were professional and friendly. They were helpful even with some items that did not involve your catering, which I was very grateful for. My kitchen was left in order and clean. We couldn’t ask for anything more. Chef Winston came highly recommended and did not disappoint. The communication beforehand helped make the process seamless. I went with his package including bar and it was a fabulous night. The food was delicious and better than expected. Definitely add the carving station. It was a nice touch and the Chef was hands on interacting with guests. The staff and production were top notch!!!

We used Chef Winston for my fathers 95th bday. He worked us into a last minute schedule and was amazing to work with. The food like all the reviews said was incredible I highly recommend Catering CC and Chef Winston!!

Ate at their set-up at the Seafood Festival. The food was the most reasonably priced, and Chef Winston explained the selections.. The conch fritters were very good. The grilled fish platter came with lots of veggies and lots of seafood rice. They grilled the fish in front of us, it can't be better than that! Square pay available.

Everything was amazing! The food was more than enough and delicious. Chef catered during bridal shower. Food was fresh and hot. Order the chicken, fish, rice &peas, green beans almandine and plantains. Everything was flavorful!

Everything was absolutely delicious - the quality of the meat, the snapper and crusted onion - perfecto And I absolutely loved your asparagus. You'll have to share your secret, were they smoked? Magnificent!!! We hope to us Catering CC again very soon and highly recommend Chef Winston.

I used Catering CC for our corporate event last week and the food was AMAZING! Chef Winston was able to customize a Hawaiian menu for our employees with meat and vegetarian options. Our employees loved the food and complimented on how flavorful it tasted. Thank you CC Catering for helping to make our event a success!

Let me start by saying the food for my event was UNBELIEVABLE. So good we had guests sneaking home to-go plates. I initially found Catering CC on yelp, and didn't know whether to take a chance or not. I decided to call and chef Winston himself answers the call. I explained I wanted to impress with a surf and turf idea but not necessarily a filet and lobster. Chef Winston took charge shared his idea and my party was a success. We served chef Winston's "Floribbean style" beef skillet roast. This was the most tender, flavorful cuts of meat in a light brown sauce. I'm sorry I didn't make a to-go plate myself. We also had the shrimp creole. These were jumbo shrimp in a red sauce infused with spices (not spicy) and tons of flavor. The sides included, white rice that was seasoned and nothing bland. Plantains, green beans w/carrots that still had a perfect crunch. Lastly a beautiful mixed salad with a light vinaigrette dressing and rolls. I hope I've gotten your attention and your mouth watering.... To top it all off, I've NEVER had such EXCEPTIONAL service. Chef Winston and his staff were a pleasure over the phone. He was able to solve every curve ball I threw at him. We encountered many "condo rules". Chef Winston has a solution with out skipping a beat. I chose the drop off catering and his son delivered on time, on the dot. He helped set up and was so friendly. He took the time to shake hands and ask our names. I hope this review helps. Most of all I truly wanted to share such a great experience with a great company. Chef Winston's genuine, charismatic friendly approach will leave you feeling like you've made a friend. As he would say... "Cheers"

How does one properly convey the awesome meal I just had from Chef Winston and his team? I've had his Jerk in a cup before at events (and if he asks if you want it spicy - the answer is yes) but this was the first catered meal. Salmon has that spice that demands that you ask for more. The chicken? Killed it. Moist, Charred, Flavorful, Well Done Sir.

Look no further this is THE BEST catering company. They were very timely, professional courteous and best of all the food was delicious! Everyone raved about every single dish! The appetizers were yummy and fun! Beautiful presentation and top notch quality. Also he left my kitchen spotless! Will use again in a heartbeat thank you!!!

We had an event this past weekend for about 20 people or so and we were so impressed with the food from this company. You all exceeded our expectations! My husband has never been a fan of fish and he couldn't stop eating the grouper. Thank you so much for providing such phenomenal service

My daughter's birthday dinner was a smashing success! Chef Winston is amazing to work with!!! He is creative, responsive and passionate about his art and transforming the event into something magical without all the stress! The food was amazing and the guest raved about it!!! I typically do my own cooking for house parties, after this experience I don't see the point. It was absolutely hands down the most enjoyable party we have hosted with none of the fuss. I can't wait to host our next event with Chef Winston!!!

Berumen-Davis wedding March 5, 2016: From the minute we had our tasting, we knew that Catering CC was the one! Chef Williams and Chelsea are amazing, great to work with and very detailed oriented. The hors d'oeuvres were like no other, from the mini crab cakes to the Virgin Islands Rum & Coke Shrimp cocktail no words can describe them. The dinner presentation and flavors were unbelievable. The combination of the Broiled Key Lime Grouper and "Floribbean Style" Beef Skillet Roast was out of this WORLD!! My guests could not stop raving over the food, service and attention to detail that Catering CC provided. Thank You Chef Williams, Chelsea and staff for making our day UNFORGETTABLE!

These guys went all out for us. We used them for a business reception and they branded our own bar that really made it a great event. The food was outstanding and the presentation was very detail-oriented making sure to match our company's colors and logo. Would recommend for any event.

Winston exceeded my high expectations. He executed a lovely feast for my farm style wedding. He was flexible when I had to suddenly change venues three days before the party. The food was spectacular and my guests were catered to by his wonderful staff. I would suggest Catering CC to anyone planning a large party.

Catering CC was the most delicious food I've ever had at a wedding! Every single one of my guests were raving about the food and asking who catered! So I was a destination bride from california. I had my wedding in Delray Beach, FL on July 7, 2018. Originally I was planning to order catering from a local italian restaurant when I made the decision to hire a catering company instead. I truly believe food is a huge factor in making a wedding amazing and making guests happy and I realized I didn't want to skimp on this part of my wedding. With the change of heart I immediately started researching caterers near Delray Beach. Because it was so last minute I wasn't going to get to do a tasting so I had to make my decision based on reviews and phone consultation. I immediately called Catering CC and provided them with my wedding date and they were willing to provide catering for my wedding even with such a short notice. About a week before the wedding I had contacted the chef regarding making a change to the menu due to my mother being gluten free as well as a few other guests and Chef Winston was more than willing to accompany my request. Come the day of the wedding everything was delivered on time. I had ordered the Mediterranean buffet with salad, spanakopita, baked Quattro penne formaggio, roasted vegetables, garlic smashed potatoes, braised short ribs, and pine nut crusted chicken. Every single item on our menu was absolutely Devine and fresh tasting! My mouth is literally watering imaging the food now even a month later! I had ordered catering for 35 guests and there was so much food! Even with most people eating 2 plates we still had leftovers. Catering CC was absolutely delicious food and I would definitely hire them again. Thank you Catering CC for delivering truly yummy food!

We chose Chef Winston to cater our wedding. He was professional and prompt in his responses throughout the planning process. The food was fantastic! Our guests are still raving about it. His staff took great care of us and were very professional. He comes highly recommended!

Winston of Catering CC is always a pleasure to work with! I have had the opportunity to work with him several times over the past 8 years, including my own wedding, and I am always blown away by his service and the quality of his food. He is my first choice and I am so happy to have found him and his company!

Chef Winston was wonderful to work with and the food was very delicious! We had several people in our party with food allergies (gluten free, dairy free etc.) and he was very flexible and accommodating about our requests and restrictions. Since none of his regular entrees would work for us, he suggested I tell him what I want and he'd make it for us. He did just that and provided a delicious chicken dish with kalamata olives, tomatoes, capers and other wonderful things. We also had his roasted veggies and sweet potatoes -both very yummy. Several people commented about how good the food was. I'd definitely hire Country CC again. We had the 'drop-off' service where he dropped the food off, and we provided our own dishes, serving utensils etc. He was right on time with the food.

Chef Winston received rave reviews about the meal he prepared for the retirement party last week Saturday. The food was amazing! Not only did he provide us with more than enough food, our guests continued to come out for seconds and thirds. People called for days for Chef Winstons information. I'm very glad I decided to go with this catering company.
