The Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul is a Roman Catholic cathedral located on the Petrov hill in the Brno-střed district of the city of Brno in the Czech Republic. It is commonly referred to locally as simply "Petrov". It is the seat of the Diocese of Brno and a national cultural monument that is one of the most important pieces of architecture in South Moravia. The interior is mostly Baroque in style, while the exterior shell is Gothic that dates mostly from the 14th century, and its impressive 84-metre-high towers were constructed to the Gothic Revival designs of the architect August Kirstein between 1901 and 1909. Beautiful. The bell tower was amazing. Great views of Brno and a historic view of the church. Two majestic cathedrals in one building.

The cathedral is a must see if you are visiting Brno. The tower is quite a climb, the inly negative was the ticket lady not speaking English. The view from the top was breathtaking.

This is one of the iconic sites in Brno and for good reason. It is a beautiful building both inside and out. The exterior and interior both exhibit several interesting architectural features. On the interior, this includes the massively tall stained glass windows behind the nave. The sanctuary artwork is meaningful and worth spending time to admire, particularly the sculpture pieces. The side chapel is also a must-see. Make sure to put this on your itinerary if you are in Brno to see the sites.

Views from the overlook reached from a side entrance sporal staircase are fantastic and vertigo inducing. When the bell suddenly goes off above your head you will not soon forget it. Beautifup inside too It was a couple bucks (48 krone) to go up. There are also tours offered from across the street. Grest experience.

Nice view. Good leg exercise. It seemed like a lot of stairs but really wasn't that bad. Adult 40czk but student is 30czk :) we came on monday and it opened until 6:30pm.

Best seen at night, half drunk on Sake and Vodka while everyone else is slumbering silently.

Nice church, i recommend to go inside and check it. There is also posibility yo go up to the tower, have not tried myself.
