Catina Saigon Hotel

Hotel was fine! No worries. I stayed there 2 and a half weeks. The ground floor is a jewellery store. Reception is up the back. They did my laundry, and cleaned my room well. No complaints. It's no resort, but if you need a very comfortable room right in the middle of Saigon, Hotel Catina is great.

Unprofessional, super commercial. I must not suggest anyone to board there. Front desk women are very rude. I have a specific story behind my comments about this hotel. To earn people's love, trust and good will are long awaited achievement. But loosing them is very easy. I think, hotel staff needs motivation and proper training about how to care for the guests already present in the hotel. I can't but give the lowest rating for the last day's behaviour of the front desk women... I am sorry to say but they have ruined all my good feelings within the last one hour I stayed there.

The hotel was comfortable though my room was lacking a window to outside. The bed was fine and the bathroom was also well appointed and clean. I had breakfast in the dining room. It was very nice and the waitress was very pleasant and efficient. The hotel is in a very good location, walking distance to many tourist attractions including reunification palace, war museum, Bitexco building, Nostradam cathedral, HCMC historical post office and opera house, Ben Than market, botanical gardens zoo. I enjoyed staying here very much.

Great little hotel right in the middle of District 1 in Saigon. Clean, good size rooms, good internet, and good location for tourists or business meetings in District 1. The breakfast is not the best I have had but is basic and OK. I stay there regularly. Well priced too for the location!

Perfect location. You go out of the hotel and voilà.. All major shops and markets at a few paces. Nice staff and excellent rooms considering the tariff and location of the hotel( ours was at 40$ a night)..the breakfast huge with loads of option to eat from. Only con is that it is a hotel cum jewellery shop. The entrance is misleading at times and would be hard to find the hotel for that matter.

Staff are great, room super clean and the food are awesome. Spent 2 night ls for business trip, stayed in Catina was my best choice. It is very recommended, I will be back with my family next June for holiday. Thank you Catina.

Only had a few drinks and snacks here because a relative is staying at this hotel. Nice staff and nice menu. My relative is very positive about the room and especially likes the water in the shower.

Nice hotel. The staffs are courteous and friendly. The room is clean with very good service. Free breakfast. Free wifi available. The only drawback is the pillow is somehow uncomfortable since it is too high.
