Catlak Hotel & Restaurant

They only give one bottle of drink We go there for drink but they didn't let us

we arrived with friends pretty late, were dying starving, asked for places to eat, they directed us to their restaurant, jeez, it was such a bad Turkish food and double more expensive than in Istanbul. i had finished only one meal, just coz was super hungry. we came back to room with a hope to take shower after 15 hours drive and hiking, there was no hot water. after complain manager said "hot water is finished". great! that's what I wanted to hear! in the end they changed room for us with a heater. was it that difficult to provide normal confditions from the beginning?||breakfast was nothing, left hungry again. there was no special character in hotel, exactly to sleep one night, nothing enjoyable||never ever back again!

Had a terrible experience. ||||The hotel itself is crumpy and dirty, squeaking at every step. During the night we were awakened by a friend of the hotel keeper, punching the main door for a good 10 minutes and then chatting at loud voice for another hour.||The next morning we found them asleep on the benches of the breakfast room (it was 8 am), no breakfast ready and all that.||||Basically, no value for a giant amount of money (as compared to the prices of all the ||hotels in the area, including the other beautiful design hotels with the great service we encountered during our trip)

On first glance you are disappointed in the place because everything is old and really needs an update. But if you really think about it: the shower works and has good temperature, the wifi works and is fast, beds are nice and firm.|I joined a group that stayed in this hotel, so wasn't my choice. But perhaps if I would know the price I would make the same decision if I wanted a hotel with only basics

We stayed at this hotel because it gave allowed us to do the Ihlara Valley walk. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful although English basic. Breakfast was somewhat limited but adequate. Overall a lovely country atmosphere - quiet and peaceful.

a very nice hotel near the junction to guzelyurt and 2 km from the selime entrance to the valley- much more quiet and dramatic than the ihlara entrance.-|the hotel is clean, my room was very spacious and luxurious and the cost was 60 tl. per night including breakfast.|i would have been happy in such a place anywhere but considering the poor competition around this is hands down your choice for the ihlara valley.

with a restaurant next to the river and a small friendly hotel nearby, we had the greatest time. Very good food, a clean room, very friendly staff and special thanks to Beytullah for making our stay extra nice. See you next time!

all the time smiling staff, ready to comply wıth every wish (reasonable ones of course).||ready to suggest and ready to help.||we specıally remember breakfast tıme or after dınner tıme, on the veranda, wıth a tea prepared by Ismail.||very good dınner at Catlak restaurant, on the banks of a lıttle river.||and akll thıs for a very very rasonable prıce: DONT MISS IT!
