I bought a necklace in December. It had cat, fish and fishbone shapes. Everyone liked it very much and I think the evil eye struck my necklace (we say “nazar” in Turkish) and I lost my necklace. I hope I can come back and find a model similar to my lost necklace. It's a very nice shop, I liked it very much. We love cats in Türkiye. It was nice to see this in Kotor too. Answer: Hello again. I bought a silver ring from this store. Unfortunately, after 2 days of wearing it, not only has it discoloured but I can see the copper underneath. It has also left a mark on my skin. Disappointing to see such poor quality after spending almost 20 euros on this piece. The shop does claim to offer refunds within 1 year of purchase, is that true? Edit: thanks for your reply. It's a shame to read that your refund policy is a lie. What a SCAM!!

For me, it is the most beautiful shop in Kotor. I have a several of cats and every year I buy a new cat. Really, they bring a happiness. I recommend this shop and lady there is very gently.

Truly the best little shop in Kotor. Everything is handmade, and just lovely. I bought a denim bag designed to look like a cat, and it is the most precious thing i own. So unique and full of love. When i tried the bags on in front of the mirror he pulled put more bags to show me, each one a little different from the last. They also had many other gorgeous artworks. The man working there was extremely informative, telling me all about the different products. Magical store. With a year of luck guaranteed with every purchase. So cute.

Unique and very welcoming! I loved every single piece they sell! I wish I could buy everything there. The young female selling associate was amazing, super helpful and friendly!

To be avoided. Unfriendly owner that told me he doesn't have change and if I don't have coins to pay exact price I cannot purchase the item I chose and had waited in line to pay for. Asked to pay by card instead and got told he won't do that because of fees. He just took my item out of the package and was done with me. Extremely disappointing experience and can just recommend to get your souvenirs elsewhere (spoiler there designs aren't as unique as they try to tell you and you can get similar items nearby). If a business doesn't have enough change and isn't able to get it or offer to ask their neighbors when at the same time declining card payments they obviously don't care about their customers. They should fix their attitude and make sure to have sufficient change in their register in the future otherwise they are just wasting everyone's time.
