Excellent workmanship and easy to get along with guys. We love our new deck and windows! Can’t wait to start our next project with Jeremy.

We used JM Properties & Construction to renovate a bathroom as well as finish off our basement with a new living space, bedroom, and bathroom. They did a great, professional job and worked with us along the way to make sure we were getting what we wanted. Very happy with the space. Additionally, along the way we discovered water damage due to improper exterior finishings when the house was first built. Jeremy and his team were able to help repair the damage and correct the issues. Jeremy is very helpful and responsive, and good at explaining tradeoffs if/when they arise.

Very happy with work done by JM Properties and Construction! Beams reinforced, insulation and sheetrock replaced in crawlspace above my kitchen. Also priming, painting of ceiling drywall and light fixtures replaced. Excellent job, professional crew, fair pricing. Will definitely be hiring JM Properties and Construction for future renovations needed in my house!

Jeremy and his workers were very detailed in their work. His workers made sure everything was clean before they left every day. Everyone was very respectful of our home while the work was being done. Would highly recommend this company!!!great work!!! And you have to make sure these guys take a lunch break :) or else they’ll work right through.
