This review is by my wife.. she loved it.. Wow! What a gem in Rohnert Park. I was surprised by my husband, and we visited a winery in Rohnert Park. Yes, Rohnert Park, not Napa or Healdsburg. It was not in the expected location that one may be used to visiting. However, it was such a pleasant surprise. Alex, who had a friendly welcome and who showed us around the site was so hospitable. Alex was great! He answered any questions we had and he was very knowledgeable of the wine we were sampling. It was a very nice private sampling of the wines they produce and they all were very, very good; we even had cheese and crackers. I don’t drink chardonnay that much, but I enjoyed the one I sampled and left with a bottle, as well as five others. I enjoyed all of them (red blends, cabernet, sauvignon Blanc and the chardonnay). We even had a chance to meet the owner, Bibiana Gonzalez Rave, who was most gracious and friendly as well. If you get a chance, visit “Wines by Bibiana” Winery and learn the story of “Wines by Bibiana”, a gem in Rohnert Park. I give Bibiana and Alex an “A”. Thank you Bibiana and Alex for the wonderful experience.

BETTER THAN Belle Glos

Yelp
Lydia was so wonderful as she provided our tour and wine tasting experience. The wine is superior! My adult daughters loved the Sauvignon Blanc and I loved the Chardonnay!! Lydia also accommodated our toddler and was so patient with our needs. Some may wonder why this is 5 stars, because the setting is in an industrial park rather than in a wine vineyard. We knew this heading there, but others may find this a bit disappointing. We focused on enjoying our time together and the wine.

Yelp
This was a highlight on our recent trip to wine country. Our pursuit of our passion is focused on the quality of the wine and the experience, and Cattleya exceeded expectations on both categories. Cattleya offers incredible Pinot Noir, Chardonnay as well as Syrah, Cabernet and Sauvignon Blanc. Bibiana Gonzales is the winemaker and is a rising star in the industry. She combines old world pedigree and knowledge with new world grapes to produce scintillating wines. We enjoyed a tasting led by her Director of Sales and right hand man, Alex. We enjoyed a tour of the winery, their lab, and the headed to the tasting room. Alex expertly led us through the tasting, describing the components and characteristics of each wine. He was knowledgeable, engaging and a pleasure to interact with. They are located a bit off the beaten path but are well worth the visit. This is not a winery that is in a majestic setting producing sub-par wines, but rather a winery focused on production of world-class wines and providing an educational and entertaining experience. Definitely a must stop for the real wine enthusiasts out there.

Yelp
I only recently discovered Bibiana's wines, but was immediately smitten! They are delicious, reflect their origin and are thoughtfully made by a winemaker who clearly has pride in her work. Prior to a recent visit to Sonoma for a (pandemic-rescheduled) wedding, I arranged a visit to the Cattleya Wines tasting room. Our visit was a delight! Bibiana's Sales Director, Alex, conducted an informative and fun tasting (as a person of a certain age, I loved Alex's choice of background music). He offered a range of Bibiana's wines, clearly answered our questions about the blends of grapes in each, time in barrel, origin vineyards, etc. Alex was a congenial and fun host and our visit to Cattleya was memorable, as it was enjoyable. We're fans!

Yelp
Terrific wines and a superb host. Don't let the location fool you. The winemaker Bibiana and the host Alex are passionate about what they do. This is the kind of experience I seek. Unique, educational, and just genuine. The coffee beans are also impressive.
