CAVA

My family and I love CAVA but this restaurant in particular has terrible service, plus the restaurant was dirty and neglected, I was able to capture some photos of the bathroom and the drinks area, the trash was overflowing, they were going to put a bad avocado in my bowl, I asked to change it and they gave me a portion of almost green avocado, my children did not get their children's plate because they did not have one. We saw how the staff only had smiles between them (jokes between them) and some friends who came to talk to them, there was no smile or patience for the client, the staff made our experience the worst in CAVA. We will not return to this CAVA.

My first time visiting Cava, and I can boldly state that it's much better than Chipotle. The meats, veggies, and other ingredients are much higher quality than Chipotle. The taste of there bowl dishes are more Mediterranean rather than Mexican, which I personally prefer. There was a good line of people but they served us fairly quickly. The cost was around $15 per person, which is a bit pricey, but it tasted good. This location was new and very clean.

We ordered two bowls and a pita. The flavor of the food was very good, however, the presentation has a lot of room for improvement. All of the toppings were literally thrown onto the bowl, with the sauce splattered randomly along the side of the bowl. It was just sloppy, with no attention to even distribution of the toppings. The service was fast and friendly, we are not in a rush to go back.

Today was my first time eating at Cava and it was a 10/10 experience ! The food was really fresh and soo good ! It gave me a true Mediterranean feel and the customer service was amazing ! Gee , Mari, & Jacob were all very nice and helpful and made me feel welcomed for my first time ! I’m from out of town but, would definitely stop back by just because the food and service was so good !

I come here a lot! I thoroughly enjoy the food. HOWEVER, I don’t appreciate my food being thrown together in the bowl! Nor do I appreciate brown avocados and stale pita chips. I’m highly disappointed as I do love this place. For the past two times I recently came here my bowls have looked like somebody dumped the food in there. I picked my order up and 1. My food was NOT in a bag and the lid was not even closed on it. The sauces I asked to be on the side in cups, were placed ON top of my FOOD in the containers! Why would anyone place containers that have been on counter inside somebody’s food bowl? The lid couldn’t close because that doesn’t fit! This place is not cheap and I believe presentation and respect of people’s money goes along way. I will not be bake for a while. This is the second time this has happened within the past week! Also the food portions are getting smaller and they aren’t telling you when something is unavailable. I paid 3+ to add Avocado just for you to give me a small piece and it was brown!!?

Miesha and Kaleem (sorry if i butchered y'alls name) were literally THE BEST!!. We walked in 20 minutes before they closed (we don't like being those people), and they literally welcomed us with smiles. It was my first time trying it and I will be returning. The food was delicious 😋 10/10. And honestly with customer service like that, they both deserve a raise and a bonus!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at CAVA thanks to Gee! From the moment I walked in, Gee greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. They were incredibly patient in offering great recommendations, and making sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. The attention to detail and positive energy really stood out—Gee clearly takes pride in their work and cares about the customers. The food was fresh and delicious, and the service made it even better. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope Gee is there when I do!

As clean, healthy and delicious as fast food gets. Ideal for business travelers looking to eat light and nutritious without sacrificing flavor. Excellent value, good quality, reasonable prices.

My husband and I frequent CAVA on busy week nights. It's a great spot to get a fast but healthy meal. We always get the create your own bowls. I typically get half harissa chicken and half falafel as my protein. The falafel was amazing! The staff is always friendly and there are always plenty of places to sit.

Have been wanting to try out Cava for a while, since I was at the mall decided today id try, although I wasn't too hungry I opted for a kids meal, to my surprise that was plenty had a choice of protein, toppings, side & a drink The food was fresh & so tasty will be retuning soon so good

The cashier charged me an extra $6 for extra steak when I didn't order or even receive extra steak at all. I didn't notice they overcharged me until I had already left. The pickup counter area to bag your own bowl was super sticky as well.

love cava ! the spicy lamb bowl and pita were very tasty ~ as always . the service was great !! highly recommend this location ! the juices are also fresh !!

G, Addy, Jayla were so sweet and the hospitality here was amazing. Everything was very clean and fresh. The food was amazing. I 10/10 would recommend coming to cava if your in the area. All around amazing restaurants and staff experience.

Good place for a quick bite. Everything on the menu is amazing. I had the Greek salad it was delicious.

The food tasted good. Ambiance was solid. However, they did not add the proper ingredients to my meal. It was incorrectly made. I also witnessed a worker drop the lid to the pita container onto the ground, pick it up, and proceed to place it back on the pita container...all while serving food with the same gloves she picked something off the ground with.

This time I ordered a rice bowl with grilled chicken and it was delicious. Service is fast and I always enjoy coming here. I'll definitely come back!

My digital order made by the guy with curly blonde hair did amazing on my bowl and I would love to come back again

Horrible! I ordered 4 meals for my family on uber eats and only received 2. The 2 that I did receive, the food was ice cold, the brussel sprouts and some sweet potatoes were black and burnt to a crisp, and the worse part was that the lentils were under-cooked and some were hard as a rock, I could have chipped my tooth. Completely NOT EDIBLE. They refuse to answer the phone when I called to figure out what happened to my other two meals.$70 down the drain! We are hungry and annoyed as hell.

One of the best Cavas that we have been to and let me tell ya... we have been to a lot of Cavas!! Ty did an amazing job making our bowls. Highly recommend for a quick healthy option! Also, there was another worker actively cleaning tables the entire time.

Very disappointing. They were out of over half of the toppings, as well as my top choices for protein were out, and the customer service was disappointing as well. They did well when they first opened, but the last two visits were disappointing.

Went in for lunch, got my usual, I asked the lady for a tad bit more rice, not a full extra scoop, the lady next to her gave me barely any protein, way less of a portion than I've ever gotten here, and then the cashier rushed me to hurry and get rung up, I asked for it to go, which was ignored, didn't even ask if I wanted the receipt, gave me the lid to the food instead of putting it on there like I asked, was kind of rude and didn't say anything to me, and my meal came out to 14.50 when it's usually 11.50 and I got NO add ons just a plain bowl, I guess half a scoop of rice cost an extra 3$ herekinda crazy, I love this spot but I won't be coming here much often after that, they were not friendly at all especially the cashier

The food here is always good. Sometimes it's a little cold but nothing to be mad at. However the service and staff is some of the worst I have had anywhere. They are extremely slow, even leaning and texting while people are waiting to order. They don't listen to what topping you would like and pretend to hear and put the wrong ones on. It's very frustrating getting a bowl here and having the incorrect items on them when you order from the staff "working" here. They need to improve.

Manager needs to be fired. Always out of menu items terrible service very very small portions. Staff is very lazy and not managed at all.

Every time we come here, the food never fails. The quality is always good! The service is great! Shout out to John and Kendra! They are so nice even when they are busy! Seriously, they are the best. My baby loves to say hi when they're there. Perfect and clean ambiance every time we are there, too!

I'm starting this review by saying the customer service is a 10/10. Everyone was welcoming, patient and super nice! Keisha and Jonathan were the two employees that made my friend i our food, they made our experience even better. Now for the food. Everything is really fresh with a wide variety of options to choose from. There's definitely plenty of healthier/light options as well. We recommended getting the pita chips on the side with whatever you order.... So dang good!!! We ordered the harissa avocado bowl and a build your own pita with the braised lamb. (Side note: we got pretty much every topping so they look a little messy but still delish) Both were superbbbbbbb

The food used to be good but they limit the portion sizes now and it's not worth it. Service is always terrible as well. The workers always seem to have an attitude.

The best place in the world to get Mediterranean food! Their food is very fresh and the service is very fast. It also has a very good vibe to it. It feels very clean, and fresh. It is also a good price so anyone could eat there. I highly recommend it if you get the chance!

This is my absolute favorite place to eat it's so delicious and very very good customer service!! Ray is the best it's always a pleasure when I walk in and see him working.

The service is sooooooooo slow. I don't know how they are going to make it. I am glad I ordered pickup. It was slow but not near as bad as the ordering in.

Food is always great. That's where it ends. All the workers seem like they don't want to be here. I order online every single time because I don't have the time to wait on them to dilly dally and they almost always are at least 10 minutes later than the scheduled time the app tells me it will be ready. Not just that but the order is never right. Seating is good but a lot of the time it is dirty and drink dispenser is empty. It would be faster to order in the store. It's so aggravating.

First off the options for lemonade were so good and unique. Both of the bowls I got were delicious. First time trying falafel and it was pleasantly surprising. Had pieces of corn in it and I wasn't mad at it. I love the combination of fresh greens with rice and proteins. They aren't modest with portions at all like similar restaurant models. It was extremely busy for the first day of opening but I'm sure presentation will improve but the quality and flavor was there!

Dirty and always out of food and staff and management do not care about the quality or conditions of the restaurant or service.

Food/Ingredients were good quality and seemed to be fresh. The employees are what makes this place unbearable to go to. Immediately upon walking in, there is a line out the door, not because of the many customers, but because of the employees incompetence and lack of care. The line went at a snails pace, and even with the line, the employee felt it essential to get his lunch before anyone else's. One may think "well that sounds like something the manager would put a stop to". It was precisely the opposite. When the manager noticed that the worker was taking food and wasting the time of the customers, the manager laughed flirtatiously while us customers are witnessing a disgusting romance form. I'll say again tho, food was good.

I ordered a chicken bowl with all of the toppings, and extra pita chips and hummus with DoorDash. I was given a bowl with rice, spinach, and onions and cabbage only. None of the rest of the toppings or chips. I also waited more than an hour for this order.

service was great and food was fresh and good!! Only thing I'd maybe change was table cleanliness but other than that, nothing else.

Food is amazing! There are always people in there, plenty of tables and big windows. The workers are nice, but they are always understaffed and overwhelmed. We have been 4 times and every time they are out of something, which leaves customers frustrated and the workers mildly irritable. No one has ever been rude though. This is disappointing because it's been a while since I've had great food like this. My husband is no longer interested in eating there, which means I won't be going as often, because I don't eat many meals alone.

I first came here right after they opened... it was great. After my recent visit I won't be back. The assembly area was messy! They were out of 3 ingredients that were part of the bowl I selected and they wouldn't let me choose a reasonable substitute. Then to top it off the falafel was burnt and dry. Once a good thing... like so many others it is not any longer! Like I said... I won't be back!

Make sure you check your receipts! I spoke to the manager about the discrepancy I found on my mother's and my receipts (we paid separately) to gain a better understanding. He tried his best to make it make sense, but the math was not "mathing," and he acknowledged that. He offered a full refund, for which I am highly thankful for. Shout out to the manager for how he handled himself and this situation. He was calm, apologetic, and really understanding. However, the cashier (Name tag: Lee-Lee) provided terrible customer service and from previous visits has occasionally struggled to operate the register accurately. Throughout this entire ordeal, she snickered, finding this entire situation amusing. This, coupled with her past and now present behavior, has led me to the personal decision of never coming back to this establishment, despite of how great and completely outstanding the food is. The customer service here needs MAJOR work and improvement. I believe once the staff has been properly trained on how to present proper customer service the atmosphere of the restaurant would lighten and most definitely become a family friendly environment.

The food at Cava is amazing! Fresh ingredients & food prepared in front of you adds to its appeal. The staff is friendly & my usual cashier, Jamille is an always pleasant & helpful. As a result, I eat there on my meal break almost every day!

I just cannot comprehend opening a restaurant where they act like they don't want to give you any food. I've been multiple times and the meat portions are a JOKE. At one point they were literally putting the meat into dip cups (think a Jell-O shot cup) in order to portion it. Where it got really insane is the LETTUCE. I asked for 'greens and grains' which means both rice and lettuce. The amount of lettuce I got would've been sent back as a side salad for a child. This has been multiple times. I asked for only two condiments: olives and the tomatoes/cucumbers. I received three cherry tomato halves and four chunks of cucumbers. Be so for real Cava lol like what? I asked for an avocado and they mentioned multiple times how much extra it would cost. Cool. Give it to me. I asked for two proteins and was told the grilled veggies I got counted as one lol since when is cauliflower and broccoli a protein Cava girl?? So I sat down and ate my two small falafel balls, couple pieces of cauliflower and a half a Brussels sprout. Ironically when I got sauce it was swimming in it. They better not hear me say that or they'll start using an eye dropper or mist your bowl with it instead. In the end it was like $17 for a side salad and some pita chips. What is this, a doordash order from chipotle? At least they don't nickel and dime you to your face.

Great service, great food. Portion sizes were large and everything is customizable. The areas are always clean and well air conditioned. Ray was very helpful in choosing what customizations were recommended.

Nice to have some healthy option around here. Similar to chipotle as far as ordering goes, you can build your own bowl with a plethora of options. Greek themed.
