I had a great experience at this CAVA location. The staff were very kind and helpful, making the ordering process smooth and pleasant. The restaurant itself was clean and well-kept, with good music playing that added to the atmosphere. The seating was comfortable, and the overall vibe made it a nice place to sit and enjoy a meal. Most importantly, the food was fresh, flavorful, and delicious. Definitely a solid spot if you’re looking for a quick, healthy, and tasty meal.

$13 for a bowl that’s half empty. This bowl is NOT worth $13, absolutely ridiculous. Huge rip off. The nerve to ask me to give 5 stars just for a free cup pissed me off. I asked for more rice and she hardly gave me half a spoonful more

Big Wholesome Pita Wrap 🌯 CAVA is my replacement for boring & pricey SWEETGREENS salad. Loved by my family too. Pita chips is a rockstar. And fresh selection of sauces. I always prefer BUILD MY OWN, but you can choose from many options. Staff is kind but tables are greasy always we come here. Location is king, nearby to WALMART, TJ MAX, MARSHALS and others. Pets are allowed 🐾 Restrooms available. Fairly clean. See you in the next review, bye 👋

I come here literally two - three times a week. I’m in and out always under 10 mins. The food is always fresh and cleanly sorted out. My whole family was put on. Cava is our Monday-Friday go to meal.

I had an amazing experience at CAVA! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. The atmosphere was inviting, and the service was exceptional. Francia and the team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect—from helping with recommendations to making sure my order was just right. Their kindness and efficiency truly made the visit special. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

The food was fresh and delicious as always. Very clean and plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. Will definitely go back here. Other Cava stores I’ve been to were sloppy looking behind the counter but this one was immaculate honestly which anyone would want when going out to eat.

I'm not going to post my CAVA photo because I destroyed it. There's nothing left lol. Cava is my go to lunch and dinner. It is delicious, fresh, and addicting. The service is always good no matter where I go. I am so happy that Secaucus has its own CAVA. For some reason the location here is a few dollars cheaper than the one in Jersey City. SCORE. I appreciate that there is plenty of parking as well. I come here once a week and always know I'll be taken cared of. They are always fast, efficient, fresh and the seating area is always clean. I loved that this cava opened up and is closer to me than the JC one but man, have I've been disappointed with their service... One thing I never had to wait for at the JC and Paramus locations were the pita chips. Waiting a few times is fine but after cooking here several times, the pita chips are never ready, the last couple times I've visited I've been sure to ask for them first so they can tell their team member to get to frying so we wouldn't have to wait 10 min for them to be done and I'd be done with my meal by then...I am always asked "that's it?" Other times, the managers have been standing around on a busy day/time instead of helping out their team. The other team members are clearly not happy which I haven't experienced at the other Cava locations. This goes to show the poor management and teamwork at this location. Other than that, Cava is really one of my favorite places to eat but not this location. They offer pitas, bowls and salads - either pre picked for you on the menu or choose your own fillings.

first time, I hope it's good. Came on a saturday. You would expect it to be busy and staff efficent. Well, steady business but the people behind the counter are NO WHERE NEAR a smooth running engine. A manager needs to be present as this team looked lost. I had the spicy chicken n avocado pita and was pretty good. My wife ordered the chicken & rice bowl and was not fond of it. She is very familiar with CAVA especially in NYC. So they need some type of efficiency as people were waiting for the bowls or pita to be filled. Also waiting for vinaigrette and hummus. The staff has to be more cognizant. Hopefully the staff & mgt can be more efficient and not all look totally lost. Also need staff to clean the damn tables. Come on this is supposed to be automatic

I had a great experience at Cava in Secaucus! The restaurant was very clean, which made for a welcoming atmosphere. I placed a late online order, and even though it took a few extra minutes to get ready, the staff handled everything with professionalism and a pleasant attitude. Some of the sauces were out, but the staff went out of their way to offer replacements and were super helpful. The food itself was fresh, flavorful, and the portion size was generous. I would definitely recommend this spot and look forward to visiting again!

Been eyeing this location since I saw the signage! I've ordered twice so far since their opening, one was for pickup during the week and the other was for dine-in. Pickup was a bit behind as it was extremely busy but it was 1pm on a weekday so I guess everyone was on lunch. For dine-in on a Sunday, it was pretty empty which was good! Staff were nice and quick with filling our bowls and paying. Only downside can be parking as the lot can be packed, but that's the area. Also, get the strawberry citrus drink!

Ordered for pickup. $16 for this half empty bowl and they forgot my pita chips. Not the first time at this location.

This place has amazing potential, but the staff needs to be better trained on how to get these orders correct. I ordered back to back days on Uber Eats and both days my orders are messed up. I won't be ordering delivery anymore at this point. Obviously people need to be supervised because they don't know how to do their work with reading what's ordered.

Loved the food - pretty good service and the taste. Loved the design/vibe of the restaurant as well! Has lot more variety to choose from. Will definitely choose CAVA over Chipotle.

Service is awful. Ordered here a few times and had to wait 45 minutes longer than the schedule pickup time. Maybe adjust for this if you know you're overbooked? Everyone here comes from their office so it screws up people's days. Also had them eff up an order when they left out my steak for a Steak Harrissa order. Had to walk all the way back. It's a bummer. It's popular for a reason- best lunch option in Harmon Meadow. But it is horribly operated and needs to be fixed.

I came to Secaucus for a movie and ended up visiting Cava, since I'm a regular at the one in Bridgewater. The place was spotless, and I loved the fresh new setup and design--it really enhances the experience. As always, the food was top-notch. Cava never fails to deliver a delicious, satisfying meal!"

ordered a salad bowl with super greens and romaine and grilled chicken and other add ins. I received the bowl half full of super greens which were all the "butts" of the lettuce and no romaine. the chicken was bubblery and stringy. I spent over $20 on a salad that maybe had a quarter cup of greens that were all from the bottom of the barrel. I'm sooooo disappointed and prob won't be going back there.

Ordered for 12:30 pickup and waited for my order until 1:15 pm. Terrible and would not order again. Wasted my entire lunch break waiting and they didn't even put the side dressings or pita. 0/10

Overpriced. The base bowl is around $11 bucks without meat. Add meat and it's around an additional $4. So right off the bat you're already paying $15 minimum for a bowl. That's without a drink or anything else. Average prices go upwards $20 a person for a complete meal. A bit pricey and they don't give enough meat for what you pay for. Come here if you're more into salads and enjoy paying a lot to get a little. Food seemed healthy though.

Place a order got there in 20 minutes and the food didn't even start being prepared as yet after 15 minutes got the food then diarrhea for two days, not just me, but also a friend of mine never again, we haven't eaten in two days because everything comes out like a pipe, unbelievable
