Stay: 26–28 September 2025 – Guest Name : Joanne Brown
The hotel is in a great location, and the reception staff were very helpful—nothing was too much trouble for them, which we really appreciated. We also visited the rooftop terrace, which offers stunning views. Unfortunately, the service there was very slow, despite there being many staff standing around without clear direction.
The rooms were disappointing. They felt very dated, particularly the bathroom, which looked like it hadn’t been updated in decades. The air conditioning was extremely loud and ineffective, making our stay quite uncomfortable during what was a hot period.
Breakfast was also a letdown. The breakfast room is far too small for the number of guests, and we couldn’t even reach the buffet due to the long coffee queue winding through the tables.
Sadly, we won’t be returning until the hotel has undergone a renovation. It felt overpriced for the standard of accommodation and service we received.
