Cavalieri - Specialty Coffee

Good coffee, away from Pisa tower. Nice coffee, nice service, amazing garden. We had a delicious flat white, a latte and a blood orange juice. All really delicious. The lady who helps us spoke English and was very nice and smiley. The garden at the back was an oasis from the crowds at Pisa tower.

Lovely coffee shop in Pisa with healthy breakfast options and a cute garden. I had the smoked salmon avo toast and oat milk capuccino. Service was friendly and attentive - very recommended

There aren’t many places with specialty coffee in Pisa; this is one of only two. Cavalieri has plenty of space—you can enjoy your coffee at the bar, inside in a cozy room, or in the garden. I had an espresso lungo from Nicaragua (decent nutty-chocolatey taste with a bittersweet, fruity aftertaste), a crunchy salmon avocado toast with balsamic dressing and pistachios, lava cake for dessert, and a filter coffee from Colombia. Excellent!

Very tasty dishes and amazing service. Arrived around 14.00 and the Giulia was very helpful. She works with a smile on her face. Ordered a Ceasar Salad and a Greek Salad!

Our hotel offers breakfast at this cafe. It got fulled up pretty quickly after 9:30. The breakfast itself was delicious and the staff was friendly but the cafe seemed understaffed. The second time we had breakfast there a bit earlier, the staff was much relaxed and we got freshly squeezed orange juice. The food was better presented as well.

I am a coffee lover and I think it’s a good place for it… The reason why I gave them three stars is because of the service (not all of them, there were two kind waitresses). The welcome was cold and they don’t even cared on asking what we would ordered. Then I asked the barista if I could record my flat white just to promote them and for the review and her attitude was indifferent and rude, so once they prepared it, I decided to not recorded it. It’s a shame when a good place doesn’t think about the customer experience. Just read a few reviews before mine and I think they must work on it.

We came here for brunch as recommended all over social media. The cappuccino and caffe latte were really good and for a good price. We ordered pistachio pancakes that were terribly bad. For its price of 9€ the portion was way too small and the texture was rubbery, couldn’t even swallow it properly. It’s better to go to the local pastry shops!

First time going to Cavalieri and was impressed. They have a lovely garden space in the back where you can eat. My girlfriend and I ordered a cappuccino, lemonade, a side of bacon, and the pancakes. The cappuccino and lemonade were great and served promptly. The pancakes were a bit delayed due to how busy they were but delicious nonetheless when arrived. The prices were decent and overall a nice quaint experience at this Cafè.
