This small, modest looking pasticceria makes excellent millefoglie! Crispy, flaky puff pastry layered with an airy and light chantilly cream is heaven on a spoon.
The price goes by weight and for the traditional millefoglie it’s 35€ per kilo. It is worth every penny.
Queen Elizabeth was said to have this millefoglie flown over to England a couple of time.

Millefoglie is excellent but sugar on top of it absolutely unnecessary and very unhealthy. We always remove it completely. It probably serves as a decoration but it would be nice if it was replaced by some healthier alternative.
