Love this place!!!! It has a great atmosphere and the food is good too!!! we had our “Color Your Calm dinner party there. Lots of comfy tables & sofas! So it was the perfect environment for a get together💞💞💞💯

Customer care is on top, ambience breathtaking, problem is they say one thing online e.g if you celebrate birthday at the hotel they will give you a free cake, apparently that’s not the case . I spent 46000rwf and requested for the cake and wasn’t given. I was disappointed.

Very nice atmosphere and great coffee. I haven’t had any food other than chips here but they were good. It’s a great place to come and work or have a business meeting.

the interior is beautiful, very aesthetic place. the coffee was amazing and the place was well ventilated. The staff is kind. The food took a while but the spicy fries were delicious. The pizza wasn't as good. lots of outlets so it's suitable for working, there is a lot of traffic noise nearby though.

A good coffee experience - a nice cold vanilla latte was well served! The menu scanner didn’t work and they didn’t have decal … small complaints for the beautiful setting with good service.

The experience here was absolutely phenomenal! It's easy to find this place unassuming until you take the first step in. From the decor, the warm lighting, the drinks, the meals, the customer service (shout out to Carl), the downstairs arena and the warm welcome from the chefs... EXCELLENT!!! If you are in Kigali, BUGA them!

This is so much more than a coffee shop, so don’t let the name dissuade you! This is a lovely full-scale restaurant in Kagali tucked away from the main road. It offers an impressively extensive menu of coffee drinks, smoothies and milkshakes, cocktails, and several different types of cuisine ranging from breakfast to pizzas to steak entrees. I enjoyed my meal and the beautiful views from the dining room.
