Very good food, alsacian cuisine very tasty and delicious. Pork knuckles with sauerkraut and potatoes, huuuuge portions, can be shared in two, cordon bleu with cream or simple, foie gras and flamed tartes. They have a kids menu with two choices. I recommend to book in advance if possible if not you have to wait a while.

Authentic Alsatian cuisine in the canal district. Food was fantastic, we loved the goat cheese salad and pork shank.

We were 7 women on a day trip. We were a bit afraid that being such an amazing place, the waiters would be a bit tourist-tired and expensive food for low quality. Bit not at all! Our waiter was great and funny, the food amazing and the price absolutel worth what we got. Thanks! We will be back.

We spent a nice lunchtime here, enjoying multiple delicious dishes. Calming location next to the small Lauch stream in the late summer. Despite the location next to the pier where the small tour boats take off, this turned out to not be a tourist trap.

We were so lucky to get the last table outside here for my friend’s birthday without booking. Such a perfect, peaceful spot to eat in Colmar. The food and wine were delicious and there was a treat for the birthday boy. Perfect last supper to end our Alsace wine tour!

Stopped here for authentic French lunch. We ordered pork shank, fish stew, veal. Everything was great. Also ordered kids menu - sausages with fries and ice cream. This restaurant is historic. The building was built in 1640. You could see historic art pieces and the architecture is really cozy and charming.

Food was fine but unfortunately did not really make us wow. The atmosphere was very nice and the service exceptional, we were really happy that we got a table even though we did not have a reservation. Absolutely recommended to reserve a table!

Yelp
First reservations are a must if you want to have a table so just be aware of that. The food choices are mainly traditional Alsatian dishes. The highlights of our meal were definitely the foie gras which was made by the chef and tasted great, and the Spaniard Pork which was well prepared and melted in the mouth. The rest of the dishes: choucroute, fish were good but nothing spectacular. The restaurant has different rooms and the experience might be different depending on where your table is located but in general the tables are far apart so you can easily carry a conversation without being spied on by your neighbors and the atmosphere is nice. A slight bémol, the service could be improved. It is good but not 100% with small mistakes: wrong side dishes brought to the table as opposed to the ones ordered, a bit slow at time. Overall still a good experience.

Yelp
i did not go here, but it is a neat spot. like getting to it, the view, the tourist hoping into a dingy... a beaver ..... .... it will probably have the same dish served at every other station ... flambae, or pizza, smoked ham, with white cheese , and white onion . But yeah maybe a alsac or colmar wine / beer? its next to boat tour Colmar Au Fil de Leau .. think thats like $12

Yelp
A quaint place right on the canal, across ( and slightly down river from) from Hotel Marrchal. Charming and inviting decor especially in this cold weather. Service is a slower pace which is great for conversations . The food is prepared perfectly. I had the pork in beer daisy and my wife had the "tarte flambé (aka pizza) of onion, bacon and cheese. She also had the Cremole d'Alsce ( champagne style wine) and I had a local beer.

Yelp
On Tuesday 26 October 2016, this place thoroughly discommoded me! Closed for an extended vacation but their website says nothing about it and they don't leave an outgoing message on their voicemail to tell potential clientele that they're closed for unknown reasons. Nor did the staff at our hotel know that they were closed. We walked a mile to eat there and found it closed up tight. When we got there, we found ourselves in a strange neighborhood (we're neither of us from anywhere NEAR Colmar) and in the dark, and we had a difficult time navigating our way out of the area, and finding someplace else to go. I have had back surgery and have bad troubles with my feet, and this experience really made it hard to have a good evening out. Fortunately, we found the competition great, at Maison Rouge. Shame on you, St Pierre!!

Yelp
Lovely location and their outdoor seating on the river accepts walk-ins. The service was good but ultimately their food was bland and steak overly cooked.

Yelp
Great little place tucked away down a back street in Colmar. Small but agreeable wine selection. Veal Cordon Blue was excellent and so was the Pork Cheeks. Service was excellent and the seating along the canal was beautiful.

Yelp
Wonderful restaurant on the edge of Colmar's Little Venice. Traditional French cuisine - great escargot, veal cordon bleu, and duck filet. The wine selection is mostly local, but they had a bigger Bordeaux on the menu. Quality service and some of the staff spoke English. I'd recommend for a nice dinner or date night.
