Cavo D'Oro Hotel

We were on an all-inclusive holiday at this hotel and enjoyed ourselves very much. The hotel staff was really really nice and we were greeted with warmth. The food was really diverse and varied and gluten-free alternatives were found. An additional thank you to the staff who separately took care of the gluten-free bread for every meal. The room was cleaned daily and our room was suitable for our needs. The hotel was located a short walk from the beach and there was something to do and explore around the hotel. We were on holiday at a "slower time", but this was only to our advantage, as there was plenty of room in the hotel yard area. We would definitely visit again in the future!

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel on arrival reception staff were lovely explaining everything and even taking the time to show us to our room.||The room itself was modern, very clean, good aircon, free safe and a really comfortable bed! Our only room complaint was the bathroom was small. The maids came everyday and were always polite and friendly.||The pool area was fabulous always a variety of sunbeds to pick from, umbrellas and the pool itself was cleaned every night.||The food was alright nothing amazing but edible basic all inclusive food for this sort of hotel you get what you pay for basically and you won't starve. We chose to eat out some evenings to break this up and there are alot of nice restraunts close by. The bar was nice tried soft drinks, beer and cocktails couldn't complain about any of them.||We would definitely return to this hotel

The hotel is fine, however still its Greece. We were missing the small details which make huge difference overall, for example there wasnt a toothbrush holder or nothing to hang your towels at. The food is fine, not great but also not bad. The location on the other hand is really awsome.I would rate this hotel Mid, however including the fact that its Greece, I would say its pretty decent.

We booked a last-minute break and were very fortunate to end up at Cavo D'Oro. It was on the quieter side of the island, away from the rowdy crowds but walking distance to all the fun! Food was good and plentiful, staff were delightful. Simple, family run and clean, we loved it and would go back! 5 stars…..

Me and my husband have stopped at this hotel twice, now and have booked again for August 2025. We only had breakfast there each day which is a buffet with lots of choice including fresh fruit, coffee facilities and fresh juice. The hotel is 5 mins from lots of shops and restaurants. We were initially put in a ground floor 'wash room' which the shower flooded the whole room and there were ants in the sink, we complained to reception and we were moved to a different room the following day which was perfect.

After reading some of the latter comments on here we didn’t expect much in all honesty. Our experience of the hotel is that it was clean and not filthy like some of the comments claim. The staff were all pleasant enough and willing to help you. The rooms are modern, clean and the beds really comfortable. The pool area could do with a few finishing touches like plant pots and decorative pieces but it was clean as was the water itself. The breakfast was basic but all angles covered and certainly plentiful, the waiters in the breakfast area was polite and on the ball when you needed anything. Overall our experience at this hotel was a good one, the positioning of it was perfect for us as we love the old road end of Kalamaki and the beach was literally a 5 minute stroll away.

Fab location for beach and restaurants |Kalamaki the people are very friendly as the hotel staff |But the rooms in particular are not clean our bathroom floor and my friends covered in hairs the toothbrush holder dirty in places the hotel is tired |The pool outside near the children's pool was slimey and surrounding needed weeding |Breakfast did gave a good selection

My niece and I had a fantastic week at the Cavo Doro Hotel. The facilities were amazing, the rooms were well-maintained, and the cleaning services were top-notch. The towels were regularly replaced and the breakfast was fantastic. I want to give a special thank you to the lovely hotel receptionist staff, particularly Anna, Evie, and Maria. They were all very kind, helpful, and friendly, and made us feel most welcome. Thank you for a wonderful stay on this beautiful island 😊🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
