Caye Casa

We stayed just a night, unfortunate for us, but we were on our way to another destination. This establishment was amazing! The personnel were so very helpful and accommodating. The hotel itself was impeccably clean and inviting. I can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was during our stay. I can't think of one thing I would need to be better! Don't miss an opportunity to stay at Caye Casa!

Awesome place all the way around. Jake, the manager, super friendly and responsive from booking to check out. Shane, one of the main guys, super helpful and always a smile on his face. We were in the top floor unit- two BR's, stayed a week. Clean, well laid out and with plenty of kitchen stuff for us. The best part was the outdoor space; great view, quiet, relaxing, and private. Could get out of the sun if we wanted (and still be outside). Fantastic. The staff takes such good care of the place; it'd be wonderful if ALL property owners/managers took such great care of the details- for instance, every morning around 6:15, there'd be a guy raking up the beach of any sargassum or garbage, filling potholes in the road, and just plain taking the time to make things nice. That's the kind of attention to detail that you don't see often enough. Highly recommend.

I had a hard time picking from the many available options in Ambergris Caye but I am so glad I picked Caye Casa. It is a homey small apartment hotel. Jake the manager gets lots of positive mentions in reviews and they are well deserved - he was very helpful on everything from recommending tour operators to sending a cab to pick us up and even shipped my cell battery pack over when I left it in the room after moving to Caye Caulker. The location is amazing- right on the water with a small sandy area out front and its own little pier. There are many bars and restaurants right near the hotel including Wayos, Hurricanes, Nauti and cool brand. You can walk into town along the beach or the road or take a golf cart (we always found parking). And you are close to the bridge if you want to drive to the North Side. We were in two rooms in our five nights there. I didn’t book early enough and our first room was not one of the waterfront ones. It was fine. Then we moved to a waterfront one upstairs and it was fantastic -big, pretty, well decorated and even had a full kitchen and sizable bathroom. I would give that room a five. I gather that there are even bigger ones. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Caye Casa. The unit had everything we needed and the location was perfect. The thing that sets Caye Casa apart is the staff. They took great care of us during our stay. Shane noticed me bringing my sleeping baby off the golf cart and quickly helped by unlocking the door to the unit, locking my golf cart, and bringing my bags to the door so that I could get my daughter inside. I recommend Caye Casa to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay in San Pedro.

I can’t say enough good things about this boutique hotel and the staff. This beachfront property is the whole vibe - chill atmosphere, outstanding service, and fantastic location. The hotel manager, Shane, is a true gem who was not only super friendly but also extremely helpful as he gave us a lot of tips and valuable information. I wish we could’ve stayed longer, but Tropical Storm Sara had other plans for us. If you’re planning to stay in San Pedro, then I highly recommend you book Caye Casa. Trust me when I say that you’ll thank me later.

Warm welcome 🙏 Excellent place and workers. High quality apart and facilities. Always received extra help from workers. Perfect for couples. We left a day earlier because of Sara Tropical storm 🌀. We wish we could stay longer. Shane or manager can provide any kind of assistance for the island guiding . Just ask. Better than 5🌟star hotels.👍 Location is walking distance everywhere in the town. This is our second stay at Caye Casa, Belize. This place is simply fantastic. The location is perfect, within walking distance to everything in town. The view is awesome. Our front porch was just steps to the water. The lodging is perfect for us as we would prefer to do our own cooking. The kitchen included everything we needed. We will certainly book Caya Casa on our next visit to the island of Ambergris Caye. A tip of the hat to the staff, they were incredible!

We just returned from a week long stay at Caye Casa and it was WONDERFUL. Shae (sorry if I'm spelling your name wrong) was very kind, welcoming, and super helpful. He provided lots of suggestions for restaurants, activities, and answered any questions we had. The location is located right at the water's edge and central to just about anything you may want to do. We had a golf cart, but could have done without it as everything was less than a 15 minute walk from the hotel. The bathroom was clean and spacious, we had a mini fridge, safe, enough space to hang our clothes, cushions for the lounge chairs, and easy access to the plunge pool. I would 100% stay here again! Thank you!!
