🌟 Great Atmosphere, but Some Dishes Can Be Over-salted 🌟 We visited this place today, and overall, the food is quite delicious. However, we’ve noticed that the chefs tend to oversalt some dishes (this is the second time we’ve experienced this with the Caesar salad). We ordered coffee and a spritzer – ☕ the coffee was excellent, but unfortunately, the chicken in the Caesar salad was way too salty, just like during our previous visit. We didn’t mention it to the staff because we were quite hungry. That said, the hotel’s atmosphere is fantastic and definitely makes up for the minor flaws, like the over-salted chicken. The ambiance alone is worth the visit, and I highly recommend stopping by. Plus, there’s an amazing rooftop pool 🏊‍♂️ that adds to the experience.

A Hidden Gem with Spectacular Views! I recently visited Cayo Coco for a casual night out with friends, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we stepped onto the rooftop, we were blown away by the stunning view of the city skyline. The ambiance was cozy yet chic, with beautiful lighting that created the perfect atmosphere for a relaxed evening. The cocktail menu was impressive, innovative, expertly crafted, and the presentation was on point. The bartenders were friendly and knowledgeable, offering great suggestions based on our preferences. The service was excellent; we never had to wait long for anything, and our server made sure we were taken care of throughout the evening. The prices were reasonable for the quality and experience, and I felt like I definitely got my money’s worth. Whether you're looking for a romantic spot for a date or a place to unwind with friends, I highly recommend this rooftop bar. I’ll definitely be back soon for another drink and those unbeatable views!

Great view. The cocktails are as amazing as expected. The food is surprisingly phenomenal! Everything but the sandwich tasted perfectly authentic and delicious. My personal highlights were the coconut shrimp and the tortilla chips. I'm leaving the most relaxed and satisfied I've been in a long time. And will definitely be back. One little note - they don't have coffee, which was a bit of a shame at the end of the visit. That's an easy thing to fix though ;)

I got the casava and cheese fritters. They were tasty and perfectly cooked. This spot gets busy...as do most rooftop spots at Hoxton's. The music is going, so it's definitely a fun vibe compared to the more quiet lobby bar and the restaurant on the ground floor.

We just had a blast tonight - stunning view, amazing drinks and warming up music. We could watch the sunset, enjoying our drinks at a real nice ambient. Service was great even though the place was packed. Yet understandable cause it’s just lit!

Extremely nice and well decorated rooftop-bar giving Cuban vibes. View over the city is superb, staff was helpful. Food tasted nice - we got several dishes and drinks - only downside was that our reservation (outside) got cancelled due to rain and the AC inside was a bit strong for the weather afterwards. 9/10

This rooftop spot has really stepped up its game since opening! They have improved a lot, from the cocktails to the staff. The cocktails are delicious, the snacks are also good, and the staff is very friendly. Plus, that view? Absolutely stunning! Perfect for a relaxed night out or after work drinks with friends. We love it here!
