This is a great place where the staff and manager went over and about their call of duty to make sure we had a wonderful relaxing stay. Great clean rooms and food. I would highly recommend it. It had a homely feel as well as a professional touch. Philomena 😊

The hotel was fairly basic and there were no loud parties during the week that i was staying. Just across the road is the Tanga Yacht Club where you can take out temporary membership for a modest fee. Join and get access to the excellent restaurant, bar and wonderful views. I had a great time and would love to go back.

The CBA Hotel Tanga features a garden, shared lounge, and terrace. The clean rooms are equipped with a wardrobe, desk, and flat-screen TV. Bed linen and towels are provided. The hotel offers many amenities including air conditioning, generator, WiFi, always hot water, and friendly staff. The breakfast with eggs and sausages as well as the good restaurant are additional pluses. The prices are reasonable. If people don't like to listen to music, they should choose a retirement home instead of a beach hotel. The Yacht Club just across the quiet tarmac road offers additional leisure opportunities. The Yacht Club and is one of the few places in Tanga with a sandy beach and security from vendors and beggars. There are showers and changing rooms available at the beach. The Yacht Club offers a daily membership for 10,000 Tanzanian shillings.There is also an excellent restaurant at the Yacht Club.

A very nice place for a fair price! Clean and comfortable small rooms, nice receptionist (Aziza), nice bar and good food. After New Raskazone finally a good place to stay in Tanga. Safe parking as well as good WiFi available. Paying by card no problem.

However It's my first time to visit this place,,, now I can say this is where you can leave all your tiredness, gather comfort,, and stress,,, you become a really renewed person 😁❤️😊. The place is accessible via all means of transports. I would either recommend regular cleanliness in latrines and showers are not enough OK at camping site.

Absolutely horrible, head-blowing noise waste until midnight (and over)!!! Like you would be in a club that plays the music so LOUD that they try to make your ears bleed, and not a hotel. The reception did not tell us that they’ll have huge party at night when we checked in — he absolutely should have told us and then we certainly would NOT have stayed!!! But when we found out, it was already too late to drive to some other town and other place and we had no choice anymore. Absolute disgrace! The owner ”offered” us a 5000 Tsh ”discount” for the inconvenience that we did not get sleep at all, that is more like an insult. Should we known about the huge party and head-blowing noise when checking in we still would have had time to go elsewhere. Absolutely unforgivable behavior not to tell and warn your customers that if you stay you won’t get any nights’ sleep from the ear-blowing ”music”!!! Restaurant serves food that was horrible and worth maybe the 5000/portion and not 14000. Do yourself (and all your friends) a favor AND GO ELSEWHERE! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. Nice place if you’d like to stay at a club. If you’d like a hotel and some sleep, you are in the wrong place!!!
