My boyfriend did not swear at the doorman. He politely asked him to speak to me and placed his glasses on the window shelf. We are simply suggesting that your staff could benefit from better customer service training.
The only thing my boyfriend said was, "You will never see my face again," after the doorman told him not to return, and we certainly will not be coming back. There are respectful ways to speak to customers; we were not raised without manners.
Regarding this unnecessary drama: the doorman could really use some education on how to treat people, and make it a training for the owner too as this is not how we respond to people! Behave as we are not raising pigs with you, we leave you at your situation, and we move forward!!!!
