Ccasa Hostel

Interesting design with cargo containers for dorms and communal areas on the ground (bar) and 4th floor rooftop. The catwalks give a very spacious open air feeling. I stayed in the 4 bed dorm which was comfortable, but I imagine the 6 can be a tight fit. Located in the less crowded/touristy North area of Nha Trang means less shops/restaurant options but enough to get by in walking distance. ~5 min ~$1 usd grab bike ride to "downtown"

Fine hostel with friendly people and a nice rooftop deck. The dorms could be a little nicer and definitely felt stuffy, but overall fine if you’re used to hostels. The AC is definitely not cool if you are on the top bunk, so if you need it cold to sleep, I’d highly recommend you ask for the bottom bunk in advance. I had a hard time sleeping due to this, but I understand not everyone needs the room as cold as me.

Staff are nice, beds and bathroom are clean and price is cheap. Only issue with this hostel is some of the other guests. They smoke in the common areas all the time and that smoke gets into the sleeping rooms (the rooms are right next to the common areas). Also, had someone talking on the phone very loudly at night. So if you want a relaxing, quiet experience, might be a good idea to spens a bit more money on a more upscale place.

It’s my first time come to Nha trang and I stay here in ccasa for three days . everyone here very friendly and kind and the room is so clean. The bed is so tidy. The bathroom and the toilet are separated. this hotel location is very good. It’s very close to the sea. You can go for work in the evening or whenever you want to go .

The nicest hostel in Nha Trang. Great if you want to stay a couple of nights and the staff are really chill and friendly to talk to. Had a pleasure of meeting Leo and Michael and they were lovely to talk to and find more about what to do here. Beds are quite comfy and AC in bedroom so you’re not too warm.

+ Positive I didn’t expect much from the hostel as I was just looking for a place to sleep and work during the day. But I realised during my stay that this place meets many of the requirements of a good hostel. The staff, made out of Vietnamese and international volunteers, is friendly and casual. If they are not busy you can find them hanging around in the lobby or working on their side hustles. They didn’t enforce any annoying policies and were ok with refunding my last night I cancelled du to changes to my schedule. I also liked the atmosphere: While many guests were working during the day (as I did), I felt that if I had more free time, I could have easily socialised here. Guest were diverse: I encountered British, Canadian, Turkmen, Russian, Chinese, Vietnamese, French, and German people. The location is good too as northern Nha Trang has great sightseeing spots. There are great food options in the vicinity: cheap food cafés, work cafés, and fancy Vietnamese restaurants and bars are right around the corner. I also liked the amenities: the bathroom was clean and dry at any time of the day. You can hand over laundry to a shop right besides the hostel. Rental motorbikes are maintained. WiFi is ok. There’s a public kitchen. Drinks are cheap. - Negative Little space in dorm rooms: You pay a little amount but you also get little space. No food offer at the hostel. 4G signal is weak inside the building. The snorkelling tour was underwhelming (you pay for the convenience and the entertainment, but the snorkelling is mid as reefs are dead). In the morning the reception might sporadically not be staffed and you might need to wait to check out or to ask a question. Limited drink selection. No coffee or tea. Dorms are not locked. Lockers are too small to store big suitcases or backpacks.

Doors for the rooms downstairs had no lock/key card access. The staff on the desk were constantly on their phone so anyone could walk in. We saw rats in the common area during our stay.

Great place to rest, relax and recover Outstanding customer service. Staff take good care of customers. Good place to rest, relax and recover. Feel like your home and your privacy is respected. Good atmosphere and pleasant travellers stay here. Good place for small groups and solo travellers. More convenient for those people who have a scooter or bike.
