I’m not even sure where to start. The reception people are mostly nice with a few exceptions, but all of them are extremely slow to do anything, had everything booked and ready pre-arrival, and still took over 15-20 minutes to get my room card. Staff does not bother to make it possible for an early check in, they will make you wait until 3pm exactly, and suggest that you pay another extra daily rate to check in 1-2 hours earlier. Got a call at 1am from the hotel reception, absolutely crazy stuff. Regarding the rooms and amenities: felt like everything was poorly cleaned, with dust, stains, stinky bathroom at times, TV does not connect to the internet, so don’t even bother trying to use Netflix. The pool area is extremely dirty and the pool itself looks like it was made for only 5 guests to use simultaneously. The gym is ok and free, so that’s nice. Spa and sauna are very overpriced and has a dirty atmosphere to it. There is NO place to fill your water bottle, you must buy the overpriced water available at your mini fridge inside your room. Finally, breakfast is mostly decent, but is completely packed, do not expect to be able to sit inside to eat breakfast at 9 am.In my opinion, stay somewhere else, for this price, you can definitely find something better.

Overall a nice hotel but the fact that they don't let guests use the pool or a shower before or after check out is a first to me, would be nice to be able to take a shower before you head off for a late flight.. Not the best customer service I would say.. Otherwise the staff was nice!

Comfy bed and nice rooftop. ||Main thing to highlight is how lovely and helpful the staff were at reception. We had some issues checking in due to inefficiency of airbnb, they helped resolve this and upgraded us to a better room. ||Julita,Fabiane, Assúria, Rayssa Thank you for your assistance. Whoever is responsible for hiring staff at the hotel has done a great job ;)

MARCH 2025 Great hotel for the money! Service was top notch, Felipe at the front desk was an angel and helped me mail postcards after my stay. There's a spa on premises, and Bianca was a great massage therapist! The gym has personal training just talk to the front desk, and they'll help you out . Overall, everyone I've encountered was extremely helpful and more than accommodating. Beach is right across the street, and they offer you chairs/umbrella with your stay ( you should tip the staff there) The rooms could be freshened up, but honestly, there are worse rooms out there. I'd give my room a 3 star. The hotel itself is a solid 4 star based on all the other services they offer ( american standards) If you have an ocean room, it could be a little noisy with brazilain music from the beach kiosk , it's not the hotel's fault that the Brazilians know how to party ! Muito obrigado for everything, and see you soon Tip learn some portuguese it'll get you a lot further and you can make better connections on a personal level with hotel team and everyone in their country .

Arrived with Uber after a long intercontinental flight (sounds familiar?) and immediately forced to struggle with the large rubbery carpet which doesn't appear compatible with suitcases with wheels --after all, why would a hotel need one which actually tolerates suitcases? Several of the staff pretending not to see anything -- no indication it has been noticed at all, let alone anyone offering to help.||Check in time -- I am early several hours, and despite the note months ahead of time they apparently never did anything about, I am now hence supposed to pay an extortionary sum for several hours, exceeding what I already paid for entire day's half-board (including breakfast and dinner)!||Highly unprofessional and an obvious sign of lack of care for customers.

Forget about the nice architecture and facade, this hotel is not worth your money or time. Where do I start.. wifi not working, stains on the beds pillow cases and towels. Dirty room with banged up walls and furniture, no exhaust in the washrooms, stained hallway carpets, tv does not have streaming apps nor does it have the channels they pretend to have in the printed tv guide, terrible service in the lobby restaurant .This is not a 4 star hotel. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Good welcome at the front desk.||Had a superior room book with a sea view. Lovely view. The room needed a clean as it was a little grubby. Sheets very thin as it was a little chilly, but I slept well.||Evening meal was a buffet and very nice and filling with plenty of choice. The evening entertainment was excellent, really great vocalist. Customer service attitude requires some attention.||The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We only stayed one night but we enjoyed ourselves.||Great view from the pool and bar. I understand from colleagues that the bars surrounding stayed open into the night and were very safe.
