Good welcome at the front desk.||Had a superior room book with a sea view. Lovely view. The room needed a clean as it was a little grubby. Sheets very thin as it was a little chilly, but I slept well.||Evening meal was a buffet and very nice and filling with plenty of choice. The evening entertainment was excellent, really great vocalist. Customer service attitude requires some attention.||The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We only stayed one night but we enjoyed ourselves.||Great view from the pool and bar. I understand from colleagues that the bars surrounding stayed open into the night and were very safe. By far the worst hotel I have stayed. The staff rude; the towers are all old and stained. Gym only fits like 4 people, the rooftop you can not even bring your own water. The corridor spelled super bad as if you were in a canil, you know that wet dog smell? Breakfast is also pretty average sick, during my stay

Probably the best hotel in recreio in 2024, everything is ok. the staff is here for you, the breakfast is very good, the location near the beach is very good. The room are modern and clean. Good experience for business and family. The see of the pool is beautifull

I had an incredible experience here—the ambiance, the views, and the staff were all exceptional. During my time exploring Brazil, it was a true pleasure to unwind and relax in such a welcoming environment after a long day. I would definitely recommend!

Good hotel, clean, nice people staff. Good location, good restaurants to eat and drink. Nice place to jogging in the morning. Looks safe, even in Rio. Near to supermarkets with a lot of options of food, natural juices. Good access to go to the job (Campo Grande, West Zone).

Hotel is right in front of the beach and the deck chairs and towels were great and the bar staff on the beach were fantastic, the staff in the main hotel were very friendly also. Breakfast is good and has a good selection. ||However for the price you do not get the value for money. Laundry was very expensive and items were lost, no apology was made and it was attempted to charge us for the missing items on check out.|After check out you are not able to use the facilities, this seems odd for the amount paid. |On the surface it is very pretty but the cleanliness is lacking. |It is some distance from the city which was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle but something to bare in mind if wanting to explore the city itself it would take between 45/60 mins to get in if traffic was kind to you.|The pool has a nice view but there is not much seating so laying by the pool felt impossible after 10am. ||I would likely not return.

I had a terrible experience. When I arrived at hotel, there was only one attendant in front desk for check in . I had to wait more than 30 min in line to do my check in. |In my room, doesn’t have liquid soup and shampoo to take a shower even after I had complain with the attendant.|The air conditioner doesn’t have o remote control to adjust the temperature. |And the room has a thin and small duvet that was horrible.

Made reservations and spoke with the reservation person and can’t make at hotel and they don’t want refund the money and they rent the room after charge me lots money worst hotel ever
