Cebu Pacific introduces itself as a low cost airline. It is actually a low service company, and you must pay extra for the smallest suitcase or the tiniest sandwich. Low service, but high profits. At the slightest error on your reservation, or any unforeseen event, you will have to pay again a ticket at the highest rate. Conversely, if you can't afford a change at an exorbitant cost, your ticket will be cancelled without any compensation.
The economy of the "low cost airlines" is not often very interesting, and compared to real good airlines offering services and security, it is even more derisory.
Cebu Pacific is one of the worst.
