Most lousy Airline I ever had. They didn't open the counter on time . 20 minutes to late and the LADY charged me 1500 pesos for to late check in. She told me if I not pay she is confiscating my bag. The bag weight was nine kg.

This is wrong information. It was closed long time ago but it still says it's open and its there. Can you be responsible and update your websites and location. This is really such a hassle for everyone relying on Google to look for directions

The ambience is ok. I was assisted by a courteous lady at the reception. I thjnk they need to clean some clutter ln the floor, because when the time that I arrived, there were two roaches running around. With the cost of the trip, compared with other flag carriers of the Philippines, theirs is really affordable.

Worst airline! Their website and app doesn’t work and then they charge me double for luggage. Stuff is rude and Not helpeful at all. Book with another airline

Cebu Pacific introduces itself as a low cost airline. It is actually a low service company, and you must pay extra for the smallest suitcase or the tiniest sandwich. Low service, but high profits. At the slightest error on your reservation, or any unforeseen event, you will have to pay again a ticket at the highest rate. Conversely, if you can't afford a change at an exorbitant cost, your ticket will be cancelled without any compensation. The economy of the "low cost airlines" is not often very interesting, and compared to real good airlines offering services and security, it is even more derisory. Cebu Pacific is one of the worst.

BUSINESS IS ALREADY CLOSED. They didn't even bother to update their Google listing nor their website to indicate that it's closed, wasting my time and fuel in getting there.

We booked a flight with Cebu Air and the charged our credit card 2 times. One time in PHP and one time in USD. When we called them to fix the error they said it would be 4 months to process a refund for the money they stole from us.

Very bad. It says open but its closed forever.
