Information given in the web is wrong. I waste two days coming to TST office but it close (Saturday). Web site shows its open. Terrible team. The web site also very stupid. Flight booking and manage booking is the worst i ever experienced in my life.

I agree with most of the reviews saying that Cebu Pacific has TERRIBLE customer service. I've been trying to change the date of a flight for 2 days now and I still haven't been able to do so. My last attempt will be to go to the airport to do that. Maybe then, I will be able to at least get hold of a real person to help. Still, I worry that I will fail again. I actually paid more to buy a ticket that I can rebook a flight. I feel that I have been scammed!!!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service, changed flight times with two days to go claiming circumstances beyond their control to find out later they did not have approval to fly at that time with that many people. Lady confirmed they would call me back with options by 930 am following day only to do absolutely nothing forcing us make alternative arrangements for our connecting flight. Proceeded to improve this amazing customer service by having initially two staff later reduced to one at the airport check in counter, then only boarding the flight 20 mins before the already rescheduled flight time, resulting in an even later take off time. Zero care, zero apologies, seemingly just a standard day in a cebu pacific process.

Worst customer service I have experienced. They have two offices in the building, one on the 2nd and the other at the 4th floor. 2nd floor would accommodate you with booking of flights but these two floors have no expertise when it comes to more complicated matters. I had issues with my flight that needed further assistance to ensure the validity of my ticket(I booked online). My payment was unsuccessful according to the website but it has been deducted on my credit card. Informed 2nd floor staff, I was then told to go to the 4th floor for further assistance. When I was on the 4th floor office, there were no staff, only 2 computers which are used for online booking. Did not make sense when you can do online booking at home! Went back down 2nd floor, told me these two offices do not work hand on hand. Had to handle my issue alone through hotline and online services which both took too much time. NEVER flying with cebu pacific ever again.

First of all, the address is wrong. The actual office is on "Wing-on plus Tower" across the street. Not in "Mirror Tower". Secondly, this Cebu office is designed to make April Fool to customers. There is no human being in this "office". When you arrive there is a sign that says "Oh you poor petty human being, You cannot even do things on internet. Sorry, we don't like wasting our time. You have lots of free time to come here, but we are busy people. Here are two computers for you to try again whatever you were doing". Seriously!!, there are two computers with keyboards and screens that represent what Cebu calls "customer service". That is it. Go figure the new meaning of customer service

Worst airline I've experienced. Constant last-minute changes in departure gates, delayed flights, confusing guidance from staff, among others. Bottomline, they have inefficient operations.. I see too much waste and inefficiencies.

Hideous. Lost our bags, blamed us. No communication at all, no urgency to return the bags while knowing that the bags contain medicine for a child that is urgently needed. Just disgusting.
