“SUPERB!🤩⭐️ ” My family and I checked in Cebu R Hotel a lot of times already. It is located at the heart of the city which is very convenient! Everything is very near. I highly recommend this hotel because it’s literally the best! Friendly staff, good place, very clean, and good food! Also one of the reasons why I keep coming back is their Chorizo Omelette! 💕 Their staff is really good at handling guests! They tried their best to do everything they can to provide us what we needed. I used to stay at the hotel with my family (parents and siblings) and up until now I am married and I have a son, the place is still as good as before! We arrived early and my son got sick and uneasy because he got colds. We went back to the hotel at around 9am because he wanted to rest but check in time is still at 2pm! Around almost 10 they allowed us to check in because of our case. Thank you so much! I’ll keep on coming back💞 My home away from home. Definitely the best! And SO AFFORDABLE!

Big room large bed for a family of three. WiFi is strong. And They have ref for some food and especially if you have insulin, having ref really help. they have free breakfast. They have water dispenser in the hallway of our floor. very near provincial capitol. 7/21 is just around the corner.

The location in Cebu City is ideal, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers.To my delight, I was upgraded to a spacious suite featuring a luxurious bathtub. The room was elegantly decorated, combining modern amenities with a touch of local charm. The plush bedding and ample space provided a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The suite also included a well-equipped workspace, allowing me to catch up on some work while enjoying the comfort of my surroundings.The on-site restaurant had a cozy ambiance and served delicious meals throughout the day, making it a convenient choice for dining.Overall, my experience at Cebu R Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and a prime location made my visit memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to experience the best of Cebu City. Whether for business or leisure, Cebu R Hotel is a gem that deserves a spot on your travel itinerary.

The hotel only provided us with only one large key, which felt a bit outdated and inconvenient. However, the receptionist was very accommodating, allowing us to check in an hour early. If you’re looking for an affordable and spacious room, this is a great option. They also have a water dispenser in the hallway for everyone’s use, which is a nice touch. Their complimentary breakfast, which consists of silog meals, can be delivered to your room. The staff are very nice and prompt with requests. My only issue was the loud dripping noise from the aircon outside, which was a bit disruptive.

I had a confirmed and fully paid booking at Cebu R Capitol Hotel, but upon arrival, they claimed they had no record of my reservation. To make matters worse, the staff showed no initiative to help or offer any assistance in finding alternative accommodations. I was left stranded without options, which is completely unacceptable. Customer service was nonexistent, and the experience was incredibly stressful. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have already booked there twice & looking forward to be back there soon. The staffs are accomodating & the rooms are clean. I love that they have complimentary breakfast.

What I like: 1. Staffs were very attentive. 2. No security deposit required upon check in. 3. They let me charge my phone for free while waiting for my check in time, which was hours away. 4. Breakfast in the room co'z their restaurant is not big enough to accommodate all the guests coming down for breakfast. Since they're always fully booked, early check in might be difficult. No towels, pillows and blankets when I checked in and it was really a hassle. Most travelers normally wants to take a nap or quick shower upon check in. Their very apologetic and tried to have everything delivered within a few hours. No iron for clothes that you could borrow. I hope they could at least add this and hair dryer, especially for people who travels for business.
