Cebu R Hotel

Due to Hotel fixing issue after negative post I'm changing my review to higher level. The people are very nice and accommodating on some things. The breakfast was good but a little small. It was a special request to clean room early due to sweating in bed from a sunburn or maybe I ate something bad. I made two requests to at least change sheets and pillows so I could rest in bed at around 8 am and again at 11:30 am or so. I understand you have timelines to follow and respect that. I never want to put negative review, but when a pretty reasonable request is made it would be great if people listen.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and it was of great value for money. Staff always greeted us. The room was spacious and clean. Thedining area, hallways and lobby were kept clean as well. The only downside was the noisy aircon but it's probably cos it's an older unit.

Apparently, there's a fiesta on August 16, 2025 and they played loud music all throughout the night until 5am the next day. My windows are literally vibrating because of the bass. I'm a light sleeper so I haven't slept a wink. This is by far, the worst hotel experience I've ever had. They should raise the noise issue with the local gov. No one should get permission to disrupt the peace of the neighborhood during the hours of sleep (10PM to 6AM). The food and staffs are good though. Just make sure to never visit when there's a Fiesta.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. It was cozy and the staff were very accommodating and well-mannered. There’s a water dispenser at each floor so you don’t need to worry about buying water outside. They included a nice breakfast too. Will definitely come back 💗

Very good hotel. The staff are very friendly, it's clean and have a decent breakfast. The room was big with 3 beds and it was very clean.

The staff were all so nice, it was nice that they had taxi connections as well. The location was easily accessible to taxis but you have to know your way if you wanna take public transport. The room was neat and tidy. Air conditioning works well, complimentary breakfast was delish! Tried the native chorizo and cornbeef options myself.

“SUPERB!🤩⭐️ ” My family and I checked in Cebu R Hotel a lot of times already. It is located at the heart of the city which is very convenient! Everything is very near. I highly recommend this hotel because it’s literally the best! Friendly staff, good place, very clean, and good food! Also one of the reasons why I keep coming back is their Chorizo Omelette! 💕 Their staff is really good at handling guests! They tried their best to do everything they can to provide us what we needed. I used to stay at the hotel with my family (parents and siblings) and up until now I am married and I have a son, the place is still as good as before! We arrived early and my son got sick and uneasy because he got colds. We went back to the hotel at around 9am because he wanted to rest but check in time is still at 2pm! Around almost 10 they allowed us to check in because of our case. Thank you so much! I’ll keep on coming back💞 My home away from home. Definitely the best! And SO AFFORDABLE!

The room was really clean, they have very hospitable staffs including the guard who reserved my parking.
