Good, decent rooms for the price but a bunch of misses. Included breakfast portions are very small - we got half a chorizo and instant coffee/sugar juice. Room's aircon is manually controlled so that sucks. Staff is not responsive.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect, it’s close to everything you’d want to visit, making it super convenient to get around. The staff and service were excellent, always friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and perfectly cool just how we like it. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

You should stay here. The rooms were so clean, the service is excellent! The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the free breakfast was scrumptious! The location was accessible to the nearby attractions.

I received a booking confirmation from Agoda, and my payment was already processed. However, when I called the hotel directly, they told me that they had sent a message to Agoda on November 17 saying they are fully booked and want to cancel my reservation. This is very distressing because I booked months ago (in July), so I expected the room to be secured. I was never informed (via email or Agoda app) that the hotel might cancel. I don’t want to lose my money or be stranded without a room.

Apparently, there's a fiesta on August 16, 2025 and they played loud music all throughout the night until 5am the next day. My windows are literally vibrating because of the bass. I'm a light sleeper so I haven't slept a wink. This is by far, the worst hotel experience I've ever had. They should raise the noise issue with the local gov. No one should get permission to disrupt the peace of the neighborhood during the hours of sleep (10PM to 6AM). The food and staffs are good though. Just make sure to never visit when there's a Fiesta.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay and it was of great value for money. Staff always greeted us. The room was spacious and clean. Thedining area, hallways and lobby were kept clean as well. The only downside was the noisy aircon but it's probably cos it's an older unit.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. It was cozy and the staff were very accommodating and well-mannered. There’s a water dispenser at each floor so you don’t need to worry about buying water outside. They included a nice breakfast too. Will definitely come back 💗

Due to Hotel fixing issue after negative post I'm changing my review to higher level. The people are very nice and accommodating on some things. The breakfast was good but a little small. It was a special request to clean room early due to sweating in bed from a sunburn or maybe I ate something bad. I made two requests to at least change sheets and pillows so I could rest in bed at around 8 am and again at 11:30 am or so. I understand you have timelines to follow and respect that. I never want to put negative review, but when a pretty reasonable request is made it would be great if people listen.
