Ceccato Garden Bar

I organized a post-wedding brunch at Ceccato Garden Bar and the experience was outstanding. From the initial planning stages, communication with the team was excellent, clear, responsive, and accommodating to all our requests. On the day, service was impeccable: cocktails and drinks were beautifully prepared, staff were attentive without being intrusive, and everything ran with a calm professionalism that made guests feel perfectly looked after. The setting added a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere, exactly what we wanted for a celebratory brunch. As a planner, I look for venues that embody grace as much as efficiency. Ceccato delivered both in a way that was seamless and unforgettable. A space I would return to without hesitation.

Take me back!!! One of the greatest bars in Lake Como with such great vibes. Really great staff, if you’re lucky to experience the Dj, it just takes the place to a whole next level. If you’re in Lake Como please give this a try, even if it’s just one drink, you’ll thank me later! (I love how they have specific ice cubes for each drink/ glass. That attention to detail is what keeps you going back)

Although looked like a tourist trap kind of bar at first look, I was very pleased with the quality of the cocktails and the service. Nice atmosphere and very friendly service. My cocktails were delicious. Gin basil cocktail was great. I would go back and highly recommend.

We were spending the holidays in Como, and visited this restaurant. The staff was friendly, kind and wonderful. We took salad, it looked like a bowl, it’s was from very fresh and good quality vegetables, salmon inside was amazing also. My boyfriend took beef tar tar with potato graten and the dish was very good and delicious. Coffee was also good, they have vegan milk oat milk. The atmosphere was cozy, and warm, they have a lot of flowers. I highly recommend this place.

5 stars for the amazing service! We were 4 woman with one baby and the waiters were super attentive and friendly. We only had Tiramisu and drinks, which were pretty good - & the Ambiente was amazing!

We had a really nice time here! We first came for aperitivo with tapas. Everything was lovely. We decided to come back for after dinner drinks and dessert. The staff remembered us, welcomed us back, and even brought us a drink for returning. We enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful experience! Our waiter was very professional and kind, and the food was delicious! Not to mention how aesthetic and beautiful the restaurant is. I was concerned due to past reviews but they deserve 5 stars for sure.

The classic pizza was fabulous. The cheapest bottle of prosecco was worth it. The youngsters serving today (09.08.2025) were very polite and made our experience great :)

Wonderful ambiance, overlooking the lake. Service was a tad slow and drinks a bit overpriced. The aperitivo was also delicious.

An hospitable escape from the usual cafes and (often) direct sunlight of Como city center. Upon entering, a gelateria is on the left and a sandwich/coffee/bar on the right. The garden patio in back is cool and inviting, and nicely shielded from the drone of buses. The large combination dish of cacao and zabaglione gelatos that my fiancee and I shared was very good. Looking back with 20/20 hindsight I should have ordered my own dish in order to target the delicious looking cherry flavor. Probably a great place to bring unruly kids, since you can wrangle them all in the garden patio away from the disapproving eyes of stuffy waitstaff... whilst stoking them with more sugar...

When we dined at this restaurant, nearly half of the menu was unavailable to order from. We ended up ordering 2 pizzas and splitting them. They were fair. The balsamic they provided was a balsamic glaze (not balsamic vinegar) and was really delicious. The location of this restaurant is really pleasant - right along the water and near very bustling parts of Como. At the end of our meal, we enjoyed gelato. They have a large range of options to choose from. I definitely recommend getting hot chocolate poured over your gelato - very delicious!
