🇮🇹Best Italian Culinary Experience in Doha🇶🇦
Our dining experience began with a refined and flavorful introduction: a tasting of freshly baked focaccia, with a dough that was incredibly soft, fragrant, and well leavened,
a simple element elevated to something truly memorable.
We then moved on to a “2person size” Quattro Formaggi pizza to share, topped with taggiasca olives, rocket leaves and Wagyu bresaola, which is their signature pizza.
The combination was nothing short of brilliant:
the richness of the cheeses melted into each other beautifully, while the delicate saltiness and buttery texture of the Wagyu bresaola added a luxurious depth that made each bite stand out.
The highlight of the evening, however, was the spectacular risotto with ossobuco.
Masterful reinterpretation of a classic dish, it struck a perfect balance between tradition and innovation. The rice was impeccably cooked, the mantecatura smooth and silky, the texture luxuriously creamy, and the depth of flavor from the ossobuco was rich yet perfectly balanced with the other ingredients.
(even the fabulous handmade gnocchi with morels and cheese sauce left us speechless)
The dining staff was very kind both in welcoming and serving us with
professionalism and dedication.
What truly elevated the experience, however, was Chef Stefano who personally made sure that everything was flawless and to our liking, showing a rare level of dedication and care that nowadays is almost impossible to find! You are treated and pampered as if you were at home! I really felt the Italian warm and welcome! His passion, attention to details, and genuine commitment to excellence were felt in every bite and every gesture.
Outstanding dishes, made unforgettable by the presence of a chef who clearly puts his heart into his craft.
To close, we were served a fantastic Tiramisù, light, airy, and perfectly balanced in sweetness and bitterness. Each spoonful felt like the perfect ending to a well-thought-out and emotionally satisfying meal!
