Wow! We strongly recommend the spa. My wife and I had the couples massage & enjoyed the grotto! Exceptional service from Shiela, Mary, Kelly, Jeff, Grant, & Ashley!! Professionals all the way. Genuinely great people. We will make this an annual going forward. First class. Wonderful experience celebrating my wife’s birthday. 10 ⭐️ s

Had a wonderful couples massage this past weekend. The grotto was amazing and relaxing. The designated womens quarters of spa was so nice and relaxing, the massage room was perfect and had a huge shower, a patio with a fireplace, and a hot tub. The stone in the grotto area and around the hot tub outside our massage room was awesome. We were served chocolates and prosecco. Such a romantic and relaxing experience!

Charming cottage-like buildings, with their cedar shake roof, porch swings, lush gardens & landscaping welcomes you to Cedar Creek Spa before you enter their doors. Walking thru the 'wooded' entryway brings you peace and relaxation. After sweet Sophia gave a tour of the perfectly , well-thoughout and designed facility we climbed into a warm robe, and sat fireside in comfortable leather chairs overlooking the back gardens before Kelly, a wonderful massage therapist, led me to my room to find the bed sat across from yet another fireplace. The room was perfectly dimmed, the music was relaxing & at a perfect level. And the bed. ..! Extremely, extremely comfortable every way. After receiving a wonderful massage, we enjoyed the Groto mineral pool. The entire experience was amazing.

LOVE. Everything about this place is so beautiful, thought out, and clean. I felt so pampered and spent several hours there after my massage. All of the amenities are wonderful! The sauna was probably my favorite, followed by the grotto. It's dark and relaxing with a nice hot mineral water pool. The ice sauna was also a fun experience! My massage therapist was wonderful and the massage rooms were spacious and well decorated with awesome warmed massage tables. They also had indoor and outdoor showers available with the indoor having everything you need (shampoo, conditioner, bodywash.) Can't wait to come back!

Google
The spa was very nice and well equipped. They had water, tea, steam room, sauna and hot pool area separated by gender. There is also an outdoor and waiting area seperate by gender. The outdoor showers were not working when I was there. The shared grotto pool area is very romantic and is more for the ambience, the pool itself is not very hot. The massage I got was more like someone rubbing lotion on me (coming from someone who gets a lot of massages) than an actual massage, I wouldn’t recommend those services to be honest or at least know you are taking a very expensive chance. They do have a military discount and you can get it in person but not over the phone.

Google
Best Spa for hundreds of miles, hands down. Every single detail is so well thought out and this is a true luxury experience. The vibe and interior are gorgeous, serene, and relaxing. The amenities are amazing. There is a good variety of services available and pricing is in line with what I'd expect for a place like this. I loved that with the booking of one service you have access to all the amenities, definitely a great option if you're not wanting all the services. It was nice to have two hours of services booked, but be able to spend virtually all day relaxing. The only things I would change are: 1. Add a swimsuit dryer for clients who take advantage of the co-ed grotto pool and locker room pool. 2. Get bigger, fluffier towels. The size of the towels is lacking (for tall or plus sized people, they are nowhere near large enough). 3. Add an all-inclusive spa day package rather than having clients piece things together. Overall a great experience and I will 100% be back.

Google
I loved everything about this spa. I spend HOURS enjoying every amenity to the point I think I was the last one there before they closed the pools down. I did feel rushed at the end because they were working hard to clean up but- that's my fault for staying so long! Would definitely go back.

Google
The Princess Spa experience is worth every penny! We made some memories that will last a lifetime. Grateful for sweet Linda and all of the Cedar Creek Spa staff that made it such a beautiful day for my sweet princess.

Yelp
My experience with the spa was a lovely one. I spent the morning relaxing while my husband played golf. I had a therapeutic massage done by a skilled therapist who worked on a couple of tight areas on my body. I then spent time in the grotto as well as a quick trip to the ice room. I enjoyed the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi (along with a mimosa) before showering off. The prices for the services are rather high, so be prepared, however, the experience is with it (imho).

Yelp
The reservation system needs work. Because of the strict cancellation policy I wanted to speak with someone at the spa regarding products and selection(allergies). I was told to call the spa - given number -called no answer no voicemail. When left voicemail on main reservation was told they cannot call the spa - only I could call the no answer number then call back again and leave another voicemail and then book it. I'm out. Breaking a sweat trying to book an appointment.

Yelp
Gorgeous, high end, and worth a visit. I wish I had more time to spend in the grotto pool sipping wine. The massage is expensive but you get so much more. Make sure you take time before or after treatment to enjoy the amenities. Bring a book and truly get away for a few hours.

Yelp
The spa is GORGEOUS. Arrive at least an hour early before your apt to use the hot tub, steam room, sauna and open air shower. Plan at least an hour after your services to use the Grotto room & ice room. 20% service charge / tip for your service provider automatically added, and clearly communicated. One of the best spas I've been to.

Yelp
Our favorite spa. The amenities and atmosphere all add to the experience. The staff are experienced and professional from beginning to end.

Yelp
Beautiful Spa, wonderful amenities, fastastic service. We all got manicures by Brandis. She was amazing and we had a great time talking during our manicures. Facilities here are beautiful and all inclusive. Thanks Brandis!

Yelp
Such a beautiful Place and the prices are double the normal pedicure service but the atmosphere is so calming. I had a great experience with a gel deluxe pedicure. Thank you

Yelp
Spa is lovely and peaceful. Ask for Adam Welch. Absolutely excellent massage therapist. I would highly recommend him. Not the most luxurious spa but very lovely. Service is excellent.

Yelp
We booked reservations on October 26, 2023 for a couples massage with 2 female therapist for March 7th, 2024. I was told when I booked the appointments that we were confirmed. I called a couple months later to ensure we were still confirmed. I received a call yesterday morning that they were unable to accommodate our spa reservation request. I was able to cancel our appointments for a full refund from the spa. However, we were charged a $333 cancellation fee by the resort per their cancellation policy for a 2 night stay. I explained to them that I had made our spa reservations first before making the resort room reservation as our primary reason for staying at the resort was for the spa experience. I was told that even though both locations are owned by the same company, each locations has its own management and policies. I would think that as a resort, they would honor overall reservations and not pick and choose. We will not be booking any further visits here and we are sharing our experience with friends and family.

Yelp
Big Cedar Spa offers incredible amenities, beautiful location, decor, great techs and therapists. Unfortunately, it's poorly managed, detracting from the overall experience. A few weeks ago a couple girlfriends and I scheduled services that concluded at 6:15. We showered to get ready to have dinner at Top of the Rock at 7pm. From the moment we left our services while we showered, got ready, etc, the manager and staff cleaned around us, paced and huffed. We received multiple warnings starting at 6:30. We felt unwelcome, though the spa didn't close until 7pm. Just a few weeks later today, I took a longtime employee for a day at the spa. We enjoyed wonderful facials, massages, pedicures and each of our tech/therapists were great. Our nail techs assisted us in ordering lunch. Our order arrived just before we concluded our service and we were directed to where our lunch was set up. The person delivering food requested payment. I asked if I should run across the spa to the locker room to get my card and she said no, she'd leave it at the front desk, which is typical of a spa during services. I assumed I would pay for it upon exit as I had done before and at EVERY other spa I have been to. After lunch, we went to the sauna where a staff member aggressively asked "are you Julie?" I responded yes and she loudly replied "I need you to come to the lobby to take care of payment immediately." Our relaxing occasion, which was a treat to my staff member suddenly felt stressful. I had to go upstairs, to the locker room and then the lobby to take care of payment. During this period of time, the woman who was unprofessional at my previous experience was walking around aggressively asking every woman she passed if she was Lisa. As I was retrieving my card from my locker, the woman I had just spoken to asked the same, I kindly replied, no, I'm Julie, retrieving payment for lunch. She stormed from the room. My credit card number was written ON PAPER. The (presumed) manager and staff interaction is not typical of spas - it detracted from the relaxing experience for both myself, my guest and surrounding clients. They are in desperate need of training. Also, I pre-paid for our services - why not charge that card or request a card on file up front? You don't walk around in your robe between services with a credit card.

Yelp
After time here, I now know why women have spa days. I highly recommend this for everyone! My therapist, Amber, was so professional and respectful I was comfortable the entire time. From the hot tub, steam room and sauna to the grotto pool, this spa is world class. The ambiance is soothing and staff are welcoming. They offered a variety of body creams and other products to take home with me. I only had a 45 min treatment, but this is a full day event. My wife scheduled this for me while she had her day in the salon. My wife was so happy with her hair and she looked amazing. The Spa is truly a relaxing way to enjoy your vacation. You must spend time here weather on vacation or if you live local.

Yelp
Facility is beautiful. Jeff did a wonderful massage for me. Way overpriced. Come on, a service fee after charging over $159 for a one hour massage????

Yelp
Easily the nicest spa I have been to. I can't wait to come back to Big Cedar for our next vacation already and we haven't even left because of the spa alone. You can easily plan to spend 1/2 day here. You can have room service sent to the spa, you can order wine and beer, there's a hot tub, grotto pool, lockers for your belongings, showers, hair dryer, etc. fireplace inside the massage room. They have complimentary cucumber water, banana chips, chocolate covered raisins, robes and sandals for you and you can order wine and beer for additional money.

Yelp
Beautiful location but not worth the money Facial was just a face wash & massage was a light rub Not worth the $300

Yelp
My friends and I got pedicures this afternoon and had a wonderful experience. Our technicians Chelsea, Kate, and Linda gave us beautiful pedicures and were very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend any of the ladies for a treatment.

Yelp
Wonderful experience from start to finish! Even made a point to go back later in the day to spend some more time reading a great book.

Yelp
I forgot to add. I git my hair blown out in the salon and it was the worst blowout i have ever had. Nice lady but it was bad. Real bad. Spend your money on the massages and facials and body wraps :)

Yelp
Amazing, expensive, but amazing. The spa area and amenities are the best part. They have a communal pool area that las low lighting and an "ice room", lounge chairs big enough for a couple to relax on together. Very relaxing atmosphere.

Yelp
I haven't been to the new spa since it was rebuilt and my what a treat! Everything about this place gently whispers "come on in and relax". My daughter and I got a hair cut and the girls were excellent!! Can't wait to come back to experience more services!!!

Yelp
This was my first experience at a spa (they have a box on the paperwork asking this). I was told to arrive 20-30 minutes early for my massage. I checked in, was shown where the changing room was and how to use the lockers and then left to fend for myself. Another client had to tell me to undress and put on a robe and then I spent 20 minutes twiddling my thumbs waiting for my appointment. Other than that the massage was good. I also got a shellac mainure which was horrible. The nail tech seemed like she didn't want to be there, didn't cap the tips of my nails, and got dirt and hair in the white polish, which I didn't see until it was finished because she kept pulling my hands towards her. I've had it on for 2 days and it's already lifting. I've had the exact products used many times before and it always lasts a week and a half minimum. Now that I know what to do I'd use the spa portion if I was ever at big cedar again but stay away from the salon.
