Celestino Boutique Hotel

What an incredible hotel!! It is absolutely gorgeous. My fiancé and I stayed for 3 days. Great vibes. Great views. The room looks like a movie set, it was so unique. Very relaxing. We love that the SPA is in the same building and you get a discount for booking! The staff are SO nice!! Luis and Ricardo treated us better than any place we’ve ever been to! They were so patient with us and we couldn’t be happier with the service. We love everything about this place. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding, and I’d especially like to recognize Alejandro, Mateo, and Juan for going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly made a difference. One particular moment that really stood out was when I realized I had left behind a 14k gold medal after checking out. I was incredibly impressed by how quickly and professionally the staff responded. Thanks to their honesty and efficiency, I was able to recover the item without any issue—a rare and much-appreciated gesture that speaks volumes about the integrity of the team here. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place where you’ll not only be treated like a valued guest but also cared for with genuine hospitality. I had a fantastic stay at Celestino ! The hospitality was exceptional. Alejandro and Matteo at the lobby were absolute stars—warm, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was offering great local recommendations or ensuring a smooth check-in experience, they truly made my stay feel special. The hotel itself was impeccable, with stylish decor, comfortable rooms, and great amenities. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We had the most amazing stay at Celestino which was in the best part of town with brilliant restaurants and bars. The rooms were always very clean and the staff there were all lovely and kind with recommendations for our travels. Luis at the front desk was very welcoming and a helping hand with anything that we needed.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The interior design is stylish and thoughtfully curated, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The lush, green surroundings made it feel like a peaceful oasis right in the heart of the city. The location is perfect — central, with everything easily accessible. The level of comfort and safety provided throughout the stay was exceptional. What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was the team. A special mention to Alejo and Mateo 🫶— incredibly professional, friendly, and full of positive energy. Their hospitality and communication made me feel truly cared for. Highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Wonderful place in the heart of el Poblano. Lovely spa and bar on the roof. Plug-in for usb-c, which is rare enough to notice. Staff is super nice and friendly. The only inconvenient was the noise (lot of bars in the surroundings and it was the weekend). However they provide the ear plugs, and have a good policy to deal with that, and the even proposed to switch the room. To be honest we went to an other hotel after the first night but it was worse. if you want to stay in the center of Medellin during the weekend you need to accept that inconvenience.

The service is perfection! Luis is an absolute gem. He helped me constantly - adding hotel nights (twice), bottles of water at weird times, new key cards, day trip planning, procuring envelopes, towels - and he did this with the most amazing upbeat attitude. Thank you for the hospitality over our week stay. Thank you for helping us get a room upgrade! Alejandra (sp?) on night shift also manually filled our shower soap at like 2am in the morning, and also helped our friends a lot. One of the other night front desk concierges even saw me going in the elevator with empty glass bottles and as soon as I stepped out he had multiple bottles ready! Another helped us clean up a glass breaking. Thank you for the help. We loved being treated so well. 10/10 would come again. Rooms - wish the balcony door would close better and wish the showers were separate so the humidity wouldn't go into the room and then we would need the AC to dry out the room. But gorgeous, absolutely pretty rooms.

This quirky hotel was great. It was full of plants and other interesting details.|The lighting was very relaxing and and we also enjoyed the rooftop bar and view.|The thing that stood out the most was the friendliness of the staff. Luis at the reception was especially welcoming and helpful. He gave us so much useful information. |We extended our stay and moved to a room at the back, and the noise was much less there. But we can sleep through most things including the noise at the front.
