This is an excellent place to try the local cuisine. I had Ekşili pilav, which translates as "sour pilav", but more like a thick soup containing bulgur made from ancient wheat (siyez) and many wild greens, e.g. common mallow, nettles, grape vine leaves, etc. It's a wonderful vegetarian dish, very well made here. I also had local pastry with mince meat (etli ekmek), which was also excellent. The service and atmosphere improved the meal. I highly recommend this place.
