Reefs around the white buoy a short swim off the beach offer good snorkeling with lots of coral and marine life. Tall trees provide shade on the beach. There's a rest room on the far side of the main road adjacent to a large parking lot. Kittiwake reef further out is too far of a swim.

A lot of shade available and water is crystal clear. Beautiful beach to enjoy in Grand Cayman. There is a parking lot on the opposite side of the road. Snorkel to spot fishes away from the shore. Definitely visit here for some great family beach time!!

This is my favorite beach in Grand Cayman of the many we visited. The crystal clear water, the sandy beach, and the amazing snorkeling you can do about 50 meters from the beach, best in the afternoon light.

Absolutely beautiful, some areas have trees near them, so the sand is mized with tree debris but still nice. However, snorkelling is amazing, especially if you go out about 50+ feet where there are lots of deeper reefs teeming with life. Highly recommended.

One of the better parts of 7 Mile, fewer people, calmer blue water, decent snorkeling. We really tried to find the sunken boat, no luck. Spotted a ray while swimming, blue tang, and some larger parrot fish.

Very beautiful beach with super clear water. Clean and a lot of shade from the trees. The reef is within snorkeling distance and beautiful. In the depth of 2-6m you can see lots of marine life. Surgeon fish, soldier fish, emperor fish, parrot fish and sea turtles. To name just a few.

Among the best places to see some fish along 7 mile beach. Parking is available across the street from the public access. There is a bit of shade to sit under. There are small reefs full of life within 20 yards of the beach and going out here and there. We saw a manta ray, possibly a tarpon, and your typical array of brightly colored fish.

Absolutely perfect place to spend a few hours! Snorkeling is wonderful (easy calm waters to swim in) and beach not crowded. The north and east sides of the island were having a huge seaweed problem, so we drove an hour to get here - well worth it! There are no public restrooms or shower facilities here like on some of the other public beaches.
