We absolutely loved our visit to this wonderful cenote. A real adventure experience travelling through a mix of dry and wet caves. Victor our guide was excellent and also very educational providing lots of information on how the cave formed and explaining the different kinds of formations. The kids loved the rope swing and jumping platform too.

Wonderful tour, took about 3 hours. Completely out of the sun, no need for sunscreen. Met our guide in Akumal Pueblo and followed him to the cenote site. Magical experience, best cenote yet and we’ve been to almost all of them in the area.

An unforgettable experience! Beautiful cave that opens up into a pristine cenote. Luis our guide from yucatan expedition took us there. Juan Pedro really took time to explain the history. The water was crystall clear and the formations were amazing.

Victor did a fantastic tour for my wife and I. This Cenote cave system is in prestine condition and is preserved by these nature loving guides. I highly recommend this guided tour. Walking distance from the highway.

We had an amazing afternoon with Victor. We visited a beautiful cenote, you enter a cave at one place and will walk through the cave to another exit point. During the walk (which is mostly in the water), you’ll see wonderfull places. Victor is a fantastic guide, he made us laugh a lot and explained interesting facts about cenotes. We we’re alone in the cenote, which felt great as we prefer to avoid overcrowded tourist locations. Definitely recommend! But don’t forget to reserve at least a day upfront, as they don’t have an office on the indicated location, its a meeting point.

If you've never been to a cenote the what are you waiting for? Cenotes are these underground rivers that are all over Cancun. A lot of them are lit for effect and if you've been to Xel-Ha or Xplor then you know that they can be majestic and grand, but sometimes all the kids splashing around and screaming can be a bit much. That's why I like these out of the way ones that don't have as many visitors, but they are calm and quiet. All the guides I've had at these places are ecologists who are protective of the environment and are constantly hitting home about how the bats, the trees, the rivers, and the soil have a symbiotic relation with the land, so this is a good way to learn how to appreciate nature.

This was a beautiful adventure for our family. We were pleasantly surprised by the guide we had "JP" and his knowledge of the area. There were lots of mosquitoes so bring bug spray. We booked through Akumal direct. This is a 2.5 hour excursion. We had crocks and sandals and we were totally fine. It is worth the time and money!

This was an incredible, memorable experience. You meet in Akumal Pueblo (opposite side of the highway from the beach) and their office is to the left of Pizzeria Los Compadres. Then they drive you into the jungle and explain a bit about the jungle. Short walk on a path to the cenote entrance. Once inside, it's incredible. The water is refreshing and all of the information our guide Antonio provided was right on. He pointed out all kinds of formations and explained then and how they form plus showing had the critters that live in the cave. I've visited the area now for 20 years and this is in the top 3 of all excursions I've taken. Also, using PayPal was easier than messing with cash for me.

We just got back from our 2nd trip to Akumal and just had to go back to Centennial Santa Cruz. We brought our family this time and so badly wanted them to have the experience we enjoyed so much a couple years ago. The cenote and our guide Viktor did not disappoint! It's such a beautiful, peaceful place, a must see for sure! Viktor is an amazing guide and obviously has a passion for what he does. Thank you Viktor, we had a great time!!

Visited this today! It is a once in a lifetime experience. Antonio was an excellent guide, genuine and informative about these amazing formations. Very easy to email and book through the PayPal deposit. We had a rental car and drove to the meetup point, the rest of the way is all gravel road. Bring your underwater camera. Flip flops is okay, and it is shallow, so you can take them off and strap them into your life jacket if need be. Akumal is great, the beach is fun too!

I don't even know how to put into words how amazing the cenote tour is. Victor picked us up in Akumal near our hotel and drove us through the jungle (saw a huge tarantula!) to "headquarters " complete with a palapa, changing area and bathrooms. We were given life jackets and waterproof flashlights. We then walked a trail and learn about different trees, plants, animals and insects in the area. We then arrived at the hole with a ladder that took us into the caves. They were beautiful. There were dry areas and areas where the water was ankle and waist deep. Victor taught us all about how the cenotes were formed, the history and the animal and insects found in the caves. It was fascinating and Victor was not only a wealth of knowledge but alot of fun. He has great energy and he was alot of fun to get to know more personally. After time in the caves, we were lead to the open cenote. I can even explain how crystal clear and beautiful this was. There was a platform and a rope swing to add to the excitement. We were given plenty of time to float around and "play" in the refreshing water before heading back to the truck. The tour was approx 2 hours long. This was an experience like no other. The natural beauty of the land above and below ground cannot be put into words. Thank you Victor for a once in a lifetime experience!

Had a great time. Worth the time and money and easy process paying deposit via Paypal and remainder in cash. Make sure you have water shoes. Also, going into the town of Akumal as you cross over the bridge, stop for a taco at the first taco stand on your right with the grill out front. Great local tacos at a bargain price.

One of the most memorable places I have been. Absolutely worth the time and money. Took the family and spent the day with Victor our guide. Too many things to talk about so just go and be amazed.
