Muscat Dunes Hotel

I've stayed one week in the hotel and the service was very good. Room was very spacious and bathroom also. They changed the linen also. The breakfast was fresh every day and lot of variety. All the staff was very helpful. It's located in an area where you have a lot of restaurants, shops ,coffee shop. The price value was great and I will definitely recommend it and will be back to this hotel when I come back.

A Wonderful Stay at Centara Hotel My experience at Centara Hotel was truly wonderful from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. A special thank you to Khalil at the breakfast area, who greeted me every morning with kindness and made sure everything was perfect. His friendly attitude really made my mornings brighter. Also, a big thank you to Kumar at the reception, who was incredibly helpful, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Centara Hotel exceeded my expectations, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, excellent service, and genuine hospitality.

Family friendly hotel. Their breakfast buffet was very good. I had booked a room for 4 days in Oct 2025, had a hassle free check in and check out. Ample parking was available to park my car. This hotel is located in an amazing location with everything literally 2-3 mins away by walk such as grocery store, juice shop, tea shop, rent a car shops and plenty of restaurants. Their pool is also well maintained.

A lovely hotel in good area in Muscat, with exceptionally kind and attentive staff. The rooms are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. Breakfast is a daily delight—varied, fresh, and full of flavor. You can enjoy a well-equipped gym, a relaxing pool, and peaceful lounge areas. Just outside, the street buzzes with restaurants offering cuisines from around the world. A truly welcoming place—highly recommended.

i booked your hotel for five days 29sep to 4oct 2025. i reached your hotel at 10am and was ready to pay the pre-check charges,but your receptionist subodh said pre-check room not aveleble i will give you a room by one or one and a half o'clock. we said ok.when we returned to the noe o'clock hotel, smoking room is available, so take that,he told us.we said we dont want this smoking room, we are with family, so he said wait until 2'oclock, i will give you a non smoking room. we said ok. after waiting for an hour, we went to the counter at 2.pm and he told us that he still has a smoking room available you will get it. we said then why did you make us wait so long? you said us to give you a non smoking room at 2'oclock. he argued with us far a long time. then he gave us non smoking room. customers come from far away tired after traveling. you people should realize that a little. the hotel is very good. the other staff is very good. breakfast is very good. request to the hotel owner to change the recepionist subodh. thank you.

I especially want to appreciate the team for helping me arrange a small surprise for my sister’s birthday, the cake and decorations were perfect! They really nailed every detail and made the celebration special. Thank you for the wonderful experience! 💛

This is a hotel for few days and not more.|The area around this hotel is horrible, busy and filthy.|We stayed for 5 nights in a room which was okay for a short stay, the door was not at all trustworthy and looked as if it had been broken open before. The service is okay, the room is kept clean, but sometimes it takes time into the late afternoon until the room is made up.|The breakfast is minimal, the dishes and the cutlery are not always clean. It opens at 7 am, but not everything is ready. Staff seems sullen and slow. |Good: the pool which gives you the chance to wind down after a day's tour or spend the time you have to wait until your room is finally cleaned.

The rooms were spacious. The reception staff especially Mr. Subodh was very bad at hospitality. Made us wait for an hour to give us a room even when we reached at checkin time. We missed an activity which we booked because of him because we couldnt checkin and leave our luggage. Overall stay was 4/10.
