Centara Life Muscat Dunes Hotel

The hotel is very good and the staff was so kind. They helped me a lot for my trip especially as a solo traveler. And I would like to thank Juwel who was perfect ! Very nice and gentle. The cleaning was perfectly made in my room. The whole staff of this hotel is amazing. Thank you will definitely come back .

The stay was great, the staff was friendly and helpful in everything. Everything could be resolved, for example, early check-in and late check-out. We received new water for each member of the room every day. There was always room cleaning as well. The rooms were equipped as expected. Everything was clean, but it showed signs of use. The breakfasts were excellent and varied; however, there was a problem with the service during breakfast, as it was clear that one employee could not manage it. This repeated for three days, and then there were two employees, and everything worked smoothly again. The price-performance ratio was great.

The hotel is ok for the price. Could improve with the interior and amenities. The towels were torn from the edges, bathroom amenities had one gel (not sure if it was shampoo or body wash), and dental kit on request. There's no spa at all as advertised. The swimming pool is on the rooftop. Small but ok. The water bottles in the room are limited to only 2 per day.

Nothing in toilet just a soap not more then 2 teabage and 2water bottles is free, 2 towels no slippers no laundry bags no gowns very poor breakfast, no live omelette even. No fresh juice no options... That was my last trip I stay 2 night no one come for room service and when I ask to bring my luggage they took more then an hour finally I did it myself. Wow😤 it called actually mind boiling 🤯

I had an excellent experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile specially the mr subodh The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.||Worth for the price

We needed a hotel for one night, so we tried to find "economy" class option and chose this hotel. I guess it's quite challenging in Oman. I was a bit disappointed with the experience.The bedsheets and pillows are yellowish colour. So we slept on the duvet cover wearing our clothes. There was an insect on the pillow. Was it a bedbug, a baby cockroach or a mite, I have no idea, but that was awful.One of the windows was broken and open, so we had to sleep like that.There was no "dunes" view like somebody wrote here. The windows are dirty. There are sanitary kits, slippers, 2 bottles of water, but all this don't outweigh the quality of beds. I have to say that the breakfast is delicious with some traditional dishes what is very interesting. Overall, there are, for sure, things to be improved in the rooms.

For the price you pay, you get A LOT! Clean room, we'll maintained, great service, everything you need is nearby, on foot or a 10 minutes drive! Recommended!
