Centara Riverside Hotel Chiang Mai

We stayed in deluxe double room for 3 nights there with 5 year old kids for participating in the international conference during 30th May - 1stJune 2024. Though the room were almost full, the staff could deal very well for breakfast and lunch along the conference time. No need to make a queue or waiting for table:) The food's variety was standard, the taste was good. If the hotel could provide more variety of northern style food, it would be great.!||Second, the room was very spacious and clean. The mattress was a bit fluffy but strong enough to maintain our good sleep. On the 3rd night, we had experience about the smoking smell from other room nearby and then informed the reception about it. They promptly solved this trouble for us, offering the higher floor deluxe room for that night. It's so impressive!!!||Third, The swimming pool was very good maintenance. My kids enjoyed there every morning during our stay. ||Fourth, the location is superb. It's closed to many spots like street food, kids cafe and Mae-Kha canal.

Overall good for both work and vacation. I stayed for 4 days 3 nights and have used their meeting room as well. The check-in is seamless and they provide good information. The room is massive, as well as, the bahtroom. The mattress and pillow are really good. The room design is a bit old. I like the big window and you can enjoy the natural light. The bathroom is huge and has both a shower and a bathtub. The facility is fully provided. The only thing I would complain about is the noise of the AC is too loud. The pool is great. There are some toys for kids available. It is quite clean and enough bed to lay on. There are free streaming and sauna. It is pretty empty though. It is likely you will get it private. Breakfast is superb and so diverse menu. The omelet here is really good. The western food is fair. The coffee is just standard. The meeting room is big and has natural light. There is no LED and if there is another room occupied, you can still hear them. It is very disturbing and feels unfair. The neighbor is pretty local and 15 minutes away from the city center. You can still find good street food and the opposite of the hotel there is a convenience store. Overall, if you like something a bit more peaceful. I think this is a good place.

I was pleasantly surprised, I’ve traveled all over the world including Bangkok. This hotel has any 5 star hotel beaten by far. The decor is internationally friendly, well kept, and very clean. Since I booked on booking.com I received the king upgrade. The room was huge and had all the things you need. I like to stay in the high floors and I wasn’t disappointed. The breakfast was good and also internationally friendly. Way too many choices. (Joking) Best of All the entire staff were friendly, polite and warm. It was a pleasure that I will repeat soon. The price was also very reasonable. I would 100% recommend this hotel to everyone.

This a very comfortable hotel with great food & facilities. Staff are very helpful and friendly 🙂. We received a very warm welcome.|Rooms are very spacious, beds very comfortable. Breakfast offers a great variety of foods with freshly prepared eggs/ pancakes etc. |This hotel is located a short tuc tuc ride from the old city and offers a welcome reprieve from the chaos and noise levels u would expect in any city.

Great room with river view. Location is perfect. Amazing views from our room. Complimentary high speed internet. Breakfast has a variety of options. Reasonable price. Walking distance to convenience store. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.

I was here for a seminar so I can’t comment on the rooms. But the hotel itself is enormous. The food served at the conference was excellent; although didn’t take any photos.

Classic design with wood and elephant 🐘 statues. Delicious breakfast and well equipped fitness room. Large pool and lobby. Best part was the helpful and friendly front office staff. This was my second time at this hotel, last time it was under the holiday inn brand.

I stay at Centara Riverside Hotel Chiang Mai and I am very happy with your staffs, such as Ms Sunisa (Milk) at the River Terrace , Ms. Thanakanok (Lek) and Mr. Pharanyoo ( Tan). I am appreciated with their services . For the rest of the hotel are excellent such as foods, beverages. Say to thank you all of you. Great job !!
