I was in town for the Tulip Fest, and I loved this park so much! It was large enough to walk around or find a spot to settle, and there were a lot of tulip clusters so you could take photos and enjoy them without being crowded or in everyone’s way. It’s a fantastic place to see the tulips for free.

On our way to our vacation spot my husband and I stopped at a rest area and I picked up a brochure this was listed as a must see. It was not just a Park it was a wonderland. The Wizard of Oz display was absolutely magical! It brought back so many memories of anticipation waiting to watch it every year. The sculptures of the caricatures and the giant Wizard of Oz book made completely with flowers. You must go and explore this place... it's definitely more than a traditional Park. It was magic.❤️ Follow that, "Yellow Brick Road".

Went to the art and craft fair here. The show was nice but the park was incredible. Gorgeous Gardens! The Moss fountain is enchanting. It was worth going just to see the gardens. I look forward to the next event.

What a gorgeous park! The grounds are immaculate. We were here for tulip time and it was way too busy (expected) I’d love to come back when there isn’t any events going on. Beautiful town

The tulips were gorgeous! I have been to Holland several times but I'm living in Michigan most of my life I had never been to Tulip time. When I was there last year for their road race, the tulips were mostly dead, so I was pleasantly surprised this year! Great! Free place for beautiful photos with the tulips.

The most beautiful park in Holland. Koi ponds are peaceful. Flowers are always beautiful. Tulips are incredible at Tulip Time. Just one of my favorite places to go downtown.

We got to avoid the crowds at the more popular attractions in town. This place was quiet and allowed for enough tulip varieties.

This is a public free park and you can see a few tulip flowers. The photos I uploaded were taken on May 3rd. During my visit there were some performances and also a Dutch dance tutorial. It is awesome.

Yelp
We went a few times throughout the weekend of tulip fest, and it was a beautiful park with lots of care put into it.

Yelp
I thought before we went walking around shopping to come check out this park for my boy. He had fun and we had fun. It's the perfect size of a park and the wizard of oz thing was cute. It was a hot day so last thing we wanted was a super long hike or anything.

Yelp
Centennial Park is a beautiful atmosphere. We aren't in Holland often, but they had seasonal works of art throughout the park. Lots of shaded areas, pathways, and a water feature in the center of the park. This park is especially great in the summer, and I'm sure it's also great in the other seasons. If you're in the area, it totally recommend. It's a great area to walk around and catch up with someone!

Yelp
Beautiful small square park in the heart of Holland, Michigan. It's located across from the civic center and library. It's a nice place to take children for a walk. The park is stunning every season. The shops around the park are also worth visiting.

Yelp
This is a small but adorable park right by downtown Holland. We came here to see the Oz exhibit, which is right by the park and library. It's a cute, peaceful area to hang around in. There's a gazebo to have lunch in, a pond in the center, and many beautiful flowers planted around. This is a great place to get some fresh air if you are nearby!

Yelp
Lovely park with lots of little features and beautiful landscaping that make it a wonderful place to visit when you're in Holland Michigan. If you can, definitely visit this area during Tulip time in May when tulips are plentiful all around the town. Otherwise, enjoy beautiful brick pathways, a gazebo, plenty of flowers, fish pond, dutch fountain, war memorial, and statue of the town's founder. Attend a concert, class, or special event here when they're available. Overall, make a quick stop here if you're in town and experience other attractions such as the Dutch Village, various museums, boat cruise, and various gardens if you have the chance.

Yelp
A great place to visit and to cool off amidst the punishing sun. Come here take a stroll in the park to enjoy the landscaping- fountains, koi pond, a lot of flowers and trees, wizard of oz exhibit and brick pathways under the shade of beautiful mature trees. The park seemed well maintained, clean and seemed to be a popular place to cool off since we saw a lot of people just laying down under the shade of trees, on the gazebo and even on the benches. I like the wizard of oz exhibit the most, it take an artist to build and create a wonderful display such as this piece. You will not even think the book was made of plants until you are close to it. This park is located next to the Holland Museum and next to residential homes.

Yelp
I was a little disappointed with the Oz exhibit. I pictured something a little more extensive from the previews that I read online. The yellow brick road should have been a much brighter yellow. Don't forget to go across the street to see the Oz characters. However, the park is beautiful! We even saw black squirrels! That is something new to an Easterner like me. The fountain, flowers and shrubs were exceptionally manicured. We were able to park cloeby and enjoyed our stroll in this quiet part of town. I was really impressed by Holland overall. The downtown was vibrant and every store was well maintained. The park is a nightlight of our visit to Holland. I would consider buying a home in this town if we ever become snow birds that spend summers in the North.

Yelp
We visited Centennial Park during the Holland to look festival. Unfortunately we were visiting the festival talk on the very last day, after two weeks of running. I wanted to be super impressed with centennial park since some of the other sites in town had disappointed. Unfortunately Centennial Park looked like the aftermath of a child's party. Much of the park had been stomped one, so the ground was bear. The tulips were still in bloom and pretty, but seemed sparse in some areas. And the fountain pond with all the fish was quite dirty and looked uncapped. I was expecting more given that it was their largest event of the year. It was really packed, maybe on an average day the park it doesn't look so run down.

Yelp
This park was really enjoyable. Not too big and it had enough room for the children to run around without getting lost! Centennial park is #5 on the list for areas with the most tulips but this place has other attractions which we loved being we had a toddler with us. I love koi fish and they have a koi pond with assorted beautiful big to small koi fish. Also, there is a huge fountain in the middle of the park to admire so this place was a perfect balance because us adults got to enjoy the tulips and the kids got to run around and enjoy the other elements of the park! Love!
