Front staff is a problem
I had appointment today and without contacting me by email or mail or text they unilaterally gave my early appointment away!!! This appointment was booked weeks in advance due to ongoing pain. The front desk person said there was nothing she could do. She attempted a call to me once and when she couldn't reach me she just gave it away. I gave her my primer insurance that she could verify but she wanted my other insurance to verify, and since she didn't have it on file, she just didn't bother to contact me your attempt more than once she didn't plenty time to send letter in the mail email or text, but didn't bother. I gave this front staff, my premiere insurance number that they could verify but they wanted my second insurance information. And when they attempted to call me once and only once that was it, they just give away my appointment, they didn't call again, they didn't text in an email, they didn't send me a snail mail letter. Nothing. Be careful about that because they're more concerned about insurance than the patient's well being or the patient's pain.
