Centennial Vineyards

If you’re looking for a wedding venue in the Southern Highlands—or even just a beautiful spot for lunch—look no further than Centennial. We had our wedding here in early 2025, and from start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, thanks to Melissa and her incredible team. Their attention to detail and warmth made wedding planning not just stress-free, but genuinely enjoyable. A standout moment for us was working with chef and owner Robin Murray on the menu. Instead of choosing from a set list, Robin took the time to ask what we loved to eat and crafted a menu that was both personal and unforgettable. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food! As always, the venue itself was breathtaking. The space strikes the perfect balance—intimate and cozy while still giving everyone room to celebrate, dance, and enjoy the night under one roof. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Centennial to anyone considering it for their wedding or a special meal. The staff at Centennial are so friendly and extremely attentive to detail. I saw that they treated every single table with so much attention. They knew exactly which tables were celebrating birthdays, anniversaries, what table had allergy, etc. Communication from floor manager to staff was top notch. The quality of food is so much better than another famous winery in the same area (no names mentioned here but you can take a guess). I also spoke to a staff (the gentleman who looked after wedding planning) who told me about the history of the business, the owner, their vision and some of interesting things about Centennial Winery. It was such a wonderful visit to Centennial. Will definitely look forward to returning soon.

We couldn’t have asked for a better venue than Centennial Vineyards for our wedding! When we first came to visit we we fell in love with the space! We were also fortunate to meet Melissa, one of the owners who was so welcoming and made the decision to choose centennial vineyards easy from the outset! Melissa and her team were amazing all the way through the planning process! Their flexibility to our fun wedding ideas, quick ninja speed email responses and just kindness and warmth we felt. Her team were also amazing, special shout out to Cathy, Suriya and the team on the day who made it as seemless as possible considering the weather being less than ideal. Co-owner and chef Robin was also an absolute legend! Sitting down with him for our menu meeting was an experience we will not forget anytime soon! His energy for food was obvious and his ability to take ideas and make them into a menu was great, all the whilst sharing a laugh along the way. We were so happy with Centennial Vineyards and would recommend them to all! Our guests have not stopped raving about the beautiful staff, delicious food and overall fabulous experience.

Fabulous wine tasting at Centennial Vineyards Cellar Door with Anna. Huge variety of wines to choose from and really delicious sparklings. You could come back 2-3 times and still be trying out new wines. Anna was engaging and very informative on not only Centennials collection, but the history and global perspective of wine. Would highly recommend a visit and hopefully you’ll get lucky any have Anna take you through the experience. Loved it!

We enjoyed a great wine tasting thanks to Sue who is a brilliant sommelier. The choice of wines is huge and you can choose 8 to taste. We spent at least an hour and a half and were never rushed even though it was late in the day. Sue introduced each wine with a wealth of local information and made not only us but baby and dog very welcome! Definitely an experience in a beautiful area not to be missed. There is no pressure to buy but we were very happy to purchase a couple of bottles of the delicious Barbera, discounted as part of the tasting. Thank you!

Took my in-laws from overseas, who love their wine, and wasn’t disappointed. The menu was a good taste of Australia, presented beautifully and with great flavours, and the service was good and responsive too. The setting is also gorgeous and relaxing. The one downside is that a bottle in the restaurant was about $20 more than the exact same bottle in the wine cellar. And, I mean, c’mon. It’s your own wine in your own facility. You’ve already got the license. It was an expensive meal, but well worth it and would boom again.

We came here for a wine tasting in the late morning before a wedding, and it was a fantastic use of time. When we arrived they asked if we had a booking (we didn't), but they could accommodate us (your milage may vary), they provide a full list of wines and said we could try 8. As we didn't know the region well we asked the staff and they were happy to talk us through and provide loads of recommendations and suggestions, I'm fairly sure we ended up having more than 8 because the staff were so friendly and knowledgeable and helpful in what they were providing. We only brought one bottle as we left (as we were travelling internationally and couldn't take much), and we got a discount because of doing a tasting. Highly recommend coming here if you are in the area. The wines were also very good, so that made the experience even better.
