Here is a review I wrote about the hotel – feel free to take this personally, because I will no longer be booking vacations through you.It took me a few days to calm down from what I experienced there and to find the energy to write about what I went through at this hotel.I booked one night. I came all the way from Be'er Sheva especially by train. I booked the night through trip.com.I understood I’d need to add VAT to the price, which was fine. But when I arrived at the hotel, I was told a completely different price, even with VAT included.I asked them to honor the price that was listed, but they bluntly and, in my opinion, unlawfully refused. In short: "The dollar exchange rate on the site is not what appears on my end, and you'll pay what shows at the checkout. If you don’t want to stay, don’t, but even if you don’t stay, you’ll still pay."I came for a one-night getaway. I’m not swimming in money; I just wanted to escape from a difficult reality at home, for just one night. I explained this to the hotel manager, Kobi. I told him I was dealing with mental health issues and that he was making it harder for me with unnecessary bureaucratic explanations. It didn’t faze him. Check-in took over an hour, and then I spent another hour crying in my room. That was my welcome. A regular hotel guest, who I believe went to speak with Kobi, then came over to me and told me Kobi would honor the price as promised. But by that point, it didn’t matter anymore due to the experience. (Even if it wasn’t related to the guest.)He called me in my room to come pay the VAT while I was crying. Later, he showed some empathy after hearing me, but again, it didn’t matter. I asked for peace and quiet. That’s why I came to the hotel in the first place. And I got the opposite.Furthermore, the website stated the room would have a city view. In reality, I got a room with a view of garbage bins and a building blocking the view.Additionally, around 5:00 AM, there was a generator running nonstop for an hour, preventing me from sleeping. I called the reception, and they wanted to move me to another room, but that wasn’t suitable at 5:00 AM when I was sleeping and all my belongings were in the room. After the generator stopped, about half an hour later, the fire alarm went off, waking me up from my sleep. It was a nightmare of a night. The breakfast at the hotel next door was simple, clean, and tasty, and the service there was good. There was a kind employee named Tamara at the hotel who really understood my situation, but that still doesn’t excuse the low rating the hotel deserves because of the experience I had.I won’t return and I won’t recommend it.This review is my way of sending a message, especially to you hotel employees. Don’t be rude.Take responsibility. If a website cooperates and advertises you (!), you should provide what is promised. The view in the photos.

Had a lovely weekend in Tel Aviv before flying abroad. The hotel is in a great location, has very friendly staff, the room was nicely designed room and I loved the shower. One of the highlights of Atlas hotels are the Happy Hours. This hotel had one too: free wine or Cava and snacks. Unfortunately there wasn't a lot of place to sit, but the hotel has a lovely roof terrace too, so as long as you're not there on a cold, rainy day, you can sit there too. |The staff were super helpful. If you're looking for a good price hotel in the centre of Tel Aviv, you won't be disappointed.

Great location, and descend price in TLV. Small bedrooms, in an old building. Room's lights shall be softer, and lift shall be upgraded.

My daughter and I stayed at the Center Chic hotel for one night to celebrate her birthday in Tel Aviv. All I can say is that this hotel understands hospitality! From the warm greeting we got from the lovely Julia who mentioned that by the way, they upgraded us to a room with a balcony (thank you, Julia!!) to the plentiful free cold drinks waiting for us in the spacious, cozy, and clean room (kudos to the decorator who got it right), comfy beds and pillows, a shower that could not have been better, it was literally perfect. We booked last minute and got an amazing deal but there was no compromising on quality here. We keep kosher so didn't get the breakfast but I'm sure it lived up to standard. Oh, and the location could not be better. We walked to the beach and to the Museum of Art and enjoyed every minute. Once again, the Atlas hotels proved that that excellent hospitality doesn't have to cost a lot.

What a great hotel in the center of Tel Aviv! Stayed here 2nd time! ||Very hospitable and kind staff, nice rooms! The breakfast is particularly tasty, they really go above and beyond in terms of quality, great cinema atmosphere with nice music. There is also a wonderful rooftop with sunbeds and evening events in the adjacent Cinema Hotel.||A great place to stay, everything is in its place&working!

The elevator was broken for the 2 weeks we have been here. We were not offered any compensation. The personnel did not even care about us. I don’t recommend staying here, its expensive and it has bad service.

Location of the hotel, the common areas, its neighborhood, all are nice. There was also free happy hour in a cinema hotel at the other side of the street where you can have chance to taste local wines or get other drinks available if you like. Staff at the front desk nice and helpful. |Tel Aviv is very expensive city and this hotel a kind of budget hotel for Tel Aviv, and no one can deny if the small are rooms provided accordingly. My room was also small which was still acceptable size, but it was looking backyard/wall and I felt little claustrophobic. There was also smell of humid in the room I could not figure out where it was coming from. Comparing the room size, bath and shower were quite spacey, very sufficient, and clean. Bed was not comfortable, but pillows were comfy. I liked to hotel and still recommend though I have reduced my overall rate.| |

A very nice cozy hotel right in the heart of Tel Aviv. A perfect location to enjoy the bustling city life - walk to coffee shops, diverse restaurants, a shopping mall, easy bus transportation to anywhere in the city. My room had a balcony with a table set and live flowers and a charming view. Everything was clean and comfortable. There was a safe and a coffee maker in the room. Everyone on the staff was very nice and helpful. I stayed 6 nights and enjoyed it all very much Highly recommended!
