I am writing to bring to your attention a serious concern that occurred during my son’s recent appointment on Oct 1st.
The appointment for my 2-year-old son was scheduled for 11:00 AM. I arrived well before 10:30 AM, yet we were not called back until after 11:30. When the doctor came in at approximately 11:45, I expressed my concern about the long wait. At that point, I was informed that my son had not even been checked in until 11:10—despite the fact that I had been present more than 30 minutes earlier.
This is extremely frustrating, especially as I had all four of my children with me. I respect and appreciate the excellent care that our doctor provides, but this type of administrative mistake is unacceptable. Families rely on timely and accurate check-in procedures, and errors like this create unnecessary stress and delay.
I hope this matter will be addressed promptly, and that the staff responsible are reminded of the importance of properly checking patients in as soon as they arrive. I trust that steps will be taken to prevent this from happening again.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
