Great office! Ariana and Kelly are very sweet but also extremely efficient! Kids always have a good experience and their flu shots (which usually is a dreaded appointment for a lot of kids and parents) is extremely easy and kids leave tear free and fear free! Sam is great with kids and we are appreciative of this care available in our neighborhood

I’m so extremely glad I switched my child’s primary doctor and came here! This place is amazing, from the front receptionists Ariana and Kelly always pleasant & it’s a very clean facility. My sons doctor Amanda Neumann is awesome & very caring & she actually takes her time to hear out any of my concerns when it comes to his health❤️ i highly recommend coming here for pediatrician!!!😇 Also HUGE shout out to Ariana for going above and beyond to get my child’s medical records from his previous doctors!! (Memphis street) It was an absolute nightmare.

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious concern that occurred during my son’s recent appointment on Oct 1st. The appointment for my 2-year-old son was scheduled for 11:00 AM. I arrived well before 10:30 AM, yet we were not called back until after 11:30. When the doctor came in at approximately 11:45, I expressed my concern about the long wait. At that point, I was informed that my son had not even been checked in until 11:10—despite the fact that I had been present more than 30 minutes earlier. This is extremely frustrating, especially as I had all four of my children with me. I respect and appreciate the excellent care that our doctor provides, but this type of administrative mistake is unacceptable. Families rely on timely and accurate check-in procedures, and errors like this create unnecessary stress and delay. I hope this matter will be addressed promptly, and that the staff responsible are reminded of the importance of properly checking patients in as soon as they arrive. I trust that steps will be taken to prevent this from happening again. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have been taking my daughter here since she was 6 months old & she’s about to be 5. I absolutely love every doctor we have seen here. Never a long wait. All the staff are amazing and help in any way possible!! The cleanest doctors office I’ve ever been in also! Couldn’t recommend this office enough!!!

We've been going to this practice/location for over a year now and I have to say, despite our love for the physicians, if it wasn't for the nurses, Talea and Sam this place would not be the same for us. They interact so well with my children and make them feel happy and safe, even when its time for shots. Because of them, we absolutely LOVE this place and dread going to the other locations because we look forward to seeing our girls at fishtown. Them girls deserve raises! They are incredible and amazing and make fishtown different from the rest!

So happy that my neighbor recommended CCP to my new born baby girl and I went there for the first appointment to be honest they went above and beyond to make my baby felt in good hands specially the Doctor and Ms. Sam. Will definitely recommend CCP to any new parent.

The doctors here are caring & nice. You guys seriously need to look into getting new receptionist. The 2 ladies one older & one younger you guys have sitting at the front desk. Have really nasty attitudes and the energy you get when you come into a children’s doctors office should be pleasant. I’m asking the lady about early access appointments and she’s rolling her eyes being very vague about how to schedule it and where I should go. They also have you sit on hold for long periods of time. So I decided to drive to the location and speak with someone and the lady is sitting at the desk chatting with the other lady. Not doing anything talking about hair styles. So rude very prudeish! Do better! I’m concerned about my sick child so I’m asking questions to have a better understanding.

LOVE this place and specifically nurse Amanda Naumann - she’s been my daughter’s primary care physician since she was born 3 years ago and she is the kindest sweetest woman. My daughter loves her and every time we go in she’s so excited to see her and only had positive associations with going to the doctor because of this. The facility is clean, the staff is great and I can always get appointments at times that work for me. The only exception is sick appointments we sometimes have to go to the south street location but I also understand they have a lot of patients and I kind of appreciate that they don’t overbook to the point that when I go in I don’t have to wait a long time for a check up because they didn’t try to squeeze in last minute sick appointments. Would definitely recommend!

We've been going to CCP Fishtown since they opened (a couple weeks after my daughter was born). They're wonderful - the nurses and admin staff are friendly and well organized, and my daughter adores Dr. Chiang!
