"Located in M. Rich, The Center for Civic Innovation is a community-driven research and development lab for local governments, nonprofits, and social entrepreneurs. Their mission is to find, test, and invest in outcome-driven solutions to local social challenges. They host an in-house incubator called Civic Labs, regular workshops for community based social entrepreneurs at all stages, and they work with local public institutions to invest in early stage community initiatives and ventures." - The Goat Farm Arts Center
I really like the place just down the sidewalk, Community Grounds. I understand they're related/intertwined somehow. Good vibes, good location, great staff. Very upbeat, yet relaxing.

Very great place to visit. The outside is nothing compared to the inside. Inside there's beautiful structure and paintings and it's very clean and modern.

I have visited a number of times and have not seen evidence that anything other than ideas are shared. Great ideas and all but in the end where are the tangible results?

Parking is a problem. Cost me a lot for 1 hour or less. Needs to work on a more inviting entrance as well
