10 person dorm was COVERED in bedbugs. When we informed the staff member on duty at 2am he said that they were aware of the issue and had fumigated. Clearly not, as the three of us in the room found our mattresses and all the walls of the pod bed crawling with bedbugs. Would not trust them to be able to properly take care of the issue going forward and taking bookings for a dorm room (or anywhere in the hostel!) with an known and unresolved bedbug problem is irresponsible, disgusting, and greedy. This hostel is NOT worth the low price or good location. Reviews going back 8 months mention a bedbug problem so it is clear this hostel has no interest in getting the issue under control.

Wonderful place! Nice full kitchen that I didn’t use 😅. It is located in a wealthy part of town with some expensive restaurants and other places within 10 minutes walking., although this means it is very safe. They had the glass doors open and no screen so there were some mosquitoes in the room. They have large lockers(you need a lock) for all your luggage. Nice outside area with pool. 24/7 staff that’s very friendly/helpful. There isn’t a great ‘common space’. There’s couches and chairs spread out around property.

A really great place to stay and very affordable. The room was very nice and clean and there were lots of toilet and shower facilities. In particular, Diahana on the reception was very helpful and accommodating to my questions.

Decent hostel in a super safe zone. It felt a bit dirty everywhere. But super friendly staff. Noisy rooms but good beds no ac.

Stayed there for 1 night, bed was not so comfy , the service was good and staff friendly and helpful though. but i would not stay longer than a night or 2. If you spending longer check elsewhere for better options

Pros: Showers have hot water and good pressure. Beds are pretty comfy and with a curtain. Space for luggage in rooms. Very good breakfast. The neighborhood it’s in is nice. Cons: Before I arrived I asked about getting to the hostel because I would not have service to call an Uber considering I just arrived… they told me they have a shuttle at the airport that is $15 and not to take a taxi because they are not safe. I told them (again) I would arrive by bus, they told me to take a taxi… the ones they just declared were unsafe and then told me to Uber… The showers need a deep clean as there’s a prominent smell of mold. There’s only two places with a mirror - none in the rooms either. The light for the bed doesn’t have a way to be plugged in unless you have something yourself to use. You can’t sit up in the bed space. Overall it’s WAY too expensive on weekends for what it is, but I think overall the hostels in Guatemala are subpar so this isn’t terrible comparatively.

Seriously ghetto hostel with very loud guests who like to get drunk and stay up and talk / shout all night and keep everyone else up. Unfortunately the hostel staff don't have the decency to tell them to be mindful of other guests and keep the noise down. The pod dorm has no fans, so it gets very hot in the pod and if you remove your sheets you will be attacked by mosquitos. The facilities are pretty bad and sometimes work or do not work. This includes the lights and water. The WiFi is also really bad. The pool is so dirty that you will probably catch something if you risk going in there to take a swim. This is way overpriced for what it is and you can't actually tell its a hostel as there are no signs outside to indicate so. Terrible experience and would advise to avoid. Can't belive they call it a boutique hostel when it's so far from the truth.
