Central Bled House

Room was spectacularly cute, very close to the castle.... A big plus is the restaurant on the 1st floor,... amazing food. Thank you

I had reached out in writing to explain the unfortunate circumstances that led to the cancellation of my reservation. Despite this communication, I did not receive a response, and to my dismay, I discovered that the room was charged to my account, even though the hotel was able to resell it for the same date.||I understand and acknowledge the terms of the non-refundable booking option, and I recognize that the hotel was within its rights to enforce this policy. However, it is deeply disappointing that my attempt to engage in a respectful dialogue and seek a potential resolution was met with silence.

Really great location - less than 5 minutes walk to the lake, very close to bars, restaurants, supermarket, post office. Restaurant and bar on site which were nice, really enjoyed the pizza. liked that they gave a 10% off coupon for the restaurant. Room and bathroom were really clean. Shower had good water pressure and shower gel/shampoo is provided in a dispenser. Large wardrobe and lots of shelf space for things. Plenty of sockets. It would have been nice if tea/coffee was replenished during room cleaning. I notified reception of an issue with the TV which wasn't fixed until went down a second time to ask the next day (but it was fixed very quickly after told reception the second time). No safe in room.

WOW! 5* service, delicious food, great value. We came as a group of 20 friends and the restaurant seated us without hassle. The waiter was amazing, so attentive and drinks arrived immediately! Food was fresh and tasty. Restaurant was happy to seat us out the way so that we could have some fun and not disrupt other guests!

Amazing hotel, great staff, really helpful. Helped us with the parking and gave us a map of the city, marking all interesting things and giving us some tips! The Internet connection was above average, and I managed to upload all my 4K videos in the evening instead of the whole night. Rooms have old, wooden rustic style, but the feel is modern. Stayed only one night but will come back for sure!

Wonderful brief stay in Bled. The hotel was wonderfully appointed and felt very comfortable. It was about a 5 min walk to the lake. We didn’t have their breakfast but opted for a quick pick up of coffee and pastries before heading out to a nearby hiking trail. The staff was very genuine and always helpful.

Everything about Central Bled House was perfect. The interior decor was wonderful. The bedroom was a good size with table and chairs. The bathroom was very big as was the hallway. My entire accommodation was spotless with daily servicing if required. The restaurant, food and staff were just so nice. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending here. It is a 5 minute walk from the lake and less than 10 from the bus station.

First impression was good, of the room that is. Nice decoration, nice view. Buuuttt, it’s UNSAFE (read below). And in the hallway they had a nice smelling scent hanging around, that made me suspicious. Like it was covering up something and it was confirmed by the smell of sewer in the bathroom later on 😖 During the night I heard some noises, and at first couldn’t figure out what it was. But they kept waking me up 😖 Then I found out they were woodworms! Or actually ‘knockers’. That made me even feel unsafe, cause they can eat up a whole building if not taken care of!! I mentioned it to the lady at the reception, she said it was normal and they check it every now and then, really reassuring, NOT! She wasn’t suitable for the job at all, not service minded, only friendly when expected, weird reactions to some questions 😱 For instance we told her we came directly to them, instead of booking through booking.com, cause we know it costs them a high fee. She didn’t care, ‘Not her problem’! 😳 The positive side to booking here is, it has parking included (and it’s really hard and expensive to park in bled) & a great location.
