Perth Central Caravan Park

We contacted Perth Central Caravan Park after reading online recommendations. We stayed in a two bedroom cabin for the night before our flight and our van was parked in storage. It was spacious, clean and everything we needed for our family! Perfect location close to the airport and shops. Huge shoutout to the friendly staff who run and look after the park! Communication and friendliness doesn’t get better than this 🙌

Everywhere is clean and maintained, staff are very welcoming and it's in a peaceful location with not too much traffic noises. Also super affordable. Would most definitely recommend and stay again 😁

Lovely people however shower had large mould patch in ceiling and bathroom sink dirty. Ceiling fans in bedroom was either barely on or too fast. Aircon is at front of cabin and doesn’t make it to the bedrooms. Beds were comfortable

A nice enough park, reasonably quiet. Needs a good make over. Looking a little shabby. Pricing was all over the place. Somedays more expensive than others. Very nice lady at reception. Extremely helpful. Washing machines $4 per load, which is cheap. Large sites. Overall, we would stay here again as its probably the closest park to the city .

The Perth Central Caravan Park was ok the room was clean, but the service was not the greatest. I booked a room but with different dates, I went to the reception twice (2 times) they did not help me to cancel nor change dates. So I have a booking of dates that I don't need.

Very insecure caravan park, without a gate in and out, no one guard at night watch you belong, also their cctv isnt working, someone hit and run, you will never get it, and gap on the fence to the bush land, anyone can come in, a RV plugged on the drive way for a night and fill water before going, not sure if they pay for it, big trees everywhere, lots of stuffs fall from it hit my RV like a stone hit, can't get a good sleep,if you got a slide out make sure you clean it before go, even its close to city still need to pay for full fare for public transport to city. It is also quite pricey Will never come back.

Great location but that's where it stops, amenities are dirty and showers are cold or no pressure with taps continuously running. When there was a loud what looked like permanent or semi permanent tenant who kept us up until 3am with some of the foulest language ive heard, we tried ringing the after hours number with it being turned off.

Very friendly and helpful people, nice clean park and amenities. Kids enjoyed their stay. It was our 3rd caravan park we stayed at locally and it’ll be our first choice when returning back to Perth.
