Central Chiangmai Airport

Central Chiangmai Airport. The layout reminds me of central one in Bkk. Its a very big supermall. The floors are kinda themed: ground floor: tops and food court. 2nd floor: clinical stuff. 3rd floor: banking,… In general a very nice and well maintained mall. You will find everything you need in there. There is an adidas Store, Nike Factory Outlet with super deals, and many many more. Definitely worth a visit, tho i like Central Festival more, it seems more easy to navigate.

Great mall next to the airport. If you are checking out hotels early and need to waste time until you depart, it's worth a visit. There is a shuttle near the airport that takes you for a minimal charge. Also, the mall has free transportation back to the terminal, just save any receipts from any shop/restaurant from the mall and they will transport you back for free. Mall itself is great, new, again, worth going to if you are near the airport.

Central Chiangmai Airport is the largest shopping and entertainment complex in the north of Thailand, accommodating approximately six million visitors a year including Thai and foreign tourists. It embraces Robinson Department Store, seven movie theaters, a multi-purpose convention hall, and a “Northern Village” – local handicraft zone with all-inclusive famous items of the northern region for clients to comfortably shops.

A great place for last minute shopping and to kill time before your flight. The mall is big. It is also next to Go Wholesale (something like Carrefour) and a factory sale Chiang Mai Hall. The mall has a big cinema and a very large food court as well. Spent any amount of money and you are entitled to take free shuttle to the Chiang Mai Airport, departing at 15 minutes level. The shuttle stop is at Exit 3G. The mall also has a large children kids playground.

A huge mall close to the airport and within walking/grab distance from old city! It’s multi floored and has a good mix of Thailand specials and international brands. On the ground/basement floor there’s a whole bunch of food stands and a baby aquarium tank 🐠 as a bonus they also have clean bathrooms!

This place has one of the best indoor food courts So much variety of foods to try at very good prices You know what they say go where the locals are This is one of the older malls in Chiangmai and I grew up going to this mall They have really upgraded the downstairs food court and has a great selection of Northam Thai dishes It is clean and friendly for foreigners and you can do other shopping as well :) Come give this a try and it nice if you need to wait somewhere near the airport before travel or even after if you have to pickup a few things when arriving ❤️

CNX is honestly one of the most painless airports to use. It’s super close to the city, which is a huge bonus, and the entire place feels clean and compact, making it incredibly easy to navigate. I’ve always found the staff—from check-in to immigration—to be genuinely friendly and cooperative, which really helps the process feel smooth. The only minor downside is that the departure lounge can get pretty congested when multiple international flights are leaving, and the food choices are just 'okay'.
