Central Chiang Mai is hands down the best all-in-one shopping mall in the city. Huge, modern, air-conditioned, and extremely well organized, it has everything you could need under one roof—shopping, food, entertainment, and daily essentials. The variety of stores is excellent, from international brands to local shops, plus a massive supermarket that’s perfect for weekly groceries. The food options are a big highlight: Thai food courts, international restaurants, cafés, dessert spots—you can eat well here at any budget. The cinema and fitness options make it easy to spend half a day without getting bored. It’s clean, spacious, easy to navigate, and parking is plentiful. Whether you’re a local, expat, or visitor escaping the heat or running errands, Central Chiang Mai is incredibly convenient and consistently reliable. Easy 5 stars.

A wonderful modern shopping center with a chic design! The interior is very stylish and spacious. I'm delighted by the huge selection of stores and designer boutiques—you can find absolutely everything. A special plus is the large and varied food court with plenty of delicious food. The perfect place for comfortable shopping and relaxation!

Christmas time is my favorite time of the year and this mall has the best decorations in Chiang Mai 🥰 each year has different themes, my first year was Pikachu, this year is Disney!!! There are great restaurant options like haidilao, bonchon, and coco ichibana 🤤I thought it was interesting haidilao was using Korean hanbok style creative… check out the photo). You will also find a Daiso and Moshi Moshi for cute trinkets. You can also find classic snacks like Auntie Anne’s Pretzels and cheese… pro tip, ask for “warmup” on the cheese. Otherwise it’s will be cold and the texture of Nabisco spreadables. You can also find a quality spit to get your shoes cared for. I wanted to get golf shoes super clean before packing them into my golf bag and the did a great job!👏🏻 Quick update to add more ADIDAS photos, their storefront and mannequins are so stylish! I didn’t find the China exclusive jackets but find the looks at this store to be far more creative, excited to see what they do next!!! 🙌🏻 Also, a special shoutout mention of a yummy milky mochi dessert discovery. Food stand name was guichaiaumpan. Another interesting thing to note with new photos added, high-end automobiles get premium parking :) For travelers that are looking to extend your stay, you will also find a convenient immigration office on the second floor. The mall is well designed with a clean and modern layout that makes it easy to find your way around without getting lost. Whether you are looking for fashion, electronics, groceries, dining, or entertainment, the variety of shops and options available is impressive. The mall is very well maintained with spotless common areas, clean restrooms, and a comfortable air conditioned environment that provides a welcome escape from the Chiang Mai heat. You can tell that management puts a lot of effort into keeping the place in top condition, which makes the whole shopping experience pleasant and enjoyable. The food options are a highlight as well. From fast food chains to proper sit down restaurants and a solid food court, there is something for every taste and budget. The quality across the different dining options was consistently good, making it easy to combine a shopping trip with a great meal. Staff across the various stores and at information points were helpful and friendly. The mall also offers good parking facilities and is easily accessible from different parts of the city, which adds to the overall convenience. For both locals and visitors, Central Chiangmai is a one stop destination that delivers a reliable and comfortable shopping experience. Whether you need to pick up essentials, treat yourself to some retail therapy, or simply enjoy a day out in a well organized and modern environment, this mall gets it right on every level. Central Chiangmai is a convenient modern mall with lots of shopping, restaurants, cafés, and a big food court—great for a break from the heat or rain. One thing to note: there’s often traffic and a queue when entering by car because the mall is very popular and gets extremely busy. A big plus is the large scooter parking area right next to the mall, which makes arriving by motorbike much easier. There is also a designated Grab pickup point, so getting a ride in and out is straightforward.

Great shopping mall with a wide variety of shops and an entire floor dedicated to food options. Prices are good, the atmosphere is pleasant, and there was live music in several areas, which added a nice touch. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re in Chiang Mai and need to buy something urgently, you’re very likely to find it here.

Central Chiangmai is one of the best shopping malls in the area. It’s clean, modern, and very well organized. You can find everything in one place — shopping, restaurants, cafes, electronics, supermarkets, and even entertainment. 🛍️🍜🎬 The mall is spacious and comfortable to walk around, not too crowded, and the air conditioning is great (especially during hot days in Chiang Mai 😄). There are many good food options, both Thai and international, and the atmosphere is very relaxing. It’s a perfect place to spend time with family or friends. Parking is convenient and the overall environment feels safe and well managed. Highly recommended if you’re in Chiang Mai and want a complete shopping and dining experience! 👍✨

I really enjoyed visiting Central Chiangmai. We stopped by on our last day in town and it was nice. Lots of different shops and I enjoyed the food court. So many different food and drink stalls. I got a really refreshing tea at Kamu Kamu and then some delicious shrimp rolls at the Hong Kong dim sum stall. Punpo Coconut had the best fresh coconuts. So tender and delicious. My friend also got to try pink milk at the Man Chou Chou stall which they enjoyed. Now for my standard comments. Location is very clean and well kept.
