Just 7 days before arrival, our reservation was cancelled with no chance to fix the issue, forcing us to rebook at €80 more per person. The rooms were far from 4-star quality: poor cleanliness, foul smell from bathroom drains, and one day they didn’t clean the rooms at all. When we asked at 5 pm, they said housekeeping was no longer available. The only compensation offered was a transfer we couldn’t use as ours was already booked. The only positive: the location.

Fantastic location, very nice and clean inside and all the staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast isn’t brilliant but there are plenty of nice places to eat a shot distance. I highly recommended if you’re looking for a good deal, nothing fancy and base to explore the city

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location is perfect next to old town and the breakfast was good quality. For example fresh scrambled egg - not the ones from the carton which a lot of hotels serve nowadays! Only downside was that my room was facing the street and I could hear cars and honking with closed windows. The room was clean, but could see some renovation in the bathroom / overall. I would come again.

The hotel is in a great location for the city centre, tourist atractions, shops and restaurants ||The rooms are clean and comfortable with great air con, which is essential in the summer. ||Breakfast is perfectly adequate although not a great selection for vegetarians, but this is the case in many of the restaurants / bakeries etc in Bucharest ||Staff were very helpful, especially one receptionist, Bogdan who always went the extra mile to ensure our needs were met.|.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, very close to the university square where the Transylvania trips leave from. Breakfast was very good, the room was nice and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small, but that was OK for a two-day stay. The hotel was very clean. Perfect location and nice staff!

Full of dust mites! Got the worst allergy ever. |Tiny room & bathroom. Everything from locker to kettle to cupboard were falling apart & we had to seek help. |Breakfast buffet is decent & FLORY is very attentive. |RAUL was attentive but not helpful as he kept saying - sadly it is unavailable for most everything..

Really a nice place, clean and in the middle of the city near the old town, breakfast whit a lot of options and whit good quality.|But what makes me give 5 stars it’s Adrian the receptionist, a friendly, easy-going guy who is ready to help and give advice to best enjoy the city, must have a raise|Room 509

I had an awful experience at this hotel, and I feel compelled to warn others. I booked a stay for 1 night but was charged for 2 nights despite only staying 1 night. When I tried to resolve this issue, the manager was completely unhelpful and unwilling to change the date or adjust the charge. A simple task that could have been fixed in 2 clicks on his screen was outright refused.||The worst part? The manager refused to meet me face-to-face to discuss this issue. Instead, he sent a voice message through the receptionist, which felt incredibly unprofessional and dismissive. It was like he was avoiding accountability for what can only be described as blatant robbery.||To make matters worse, the pillows in the room were absolutely terrible—cheap, flat, and uncomfortable. It felt like they cost €2 and offered no support whatsoever. I barely got any sleep.||I do not recommend staying here unless you want to deal with poor service, a rude and unavailable manager, and subpar amenities. Spend your money elsewhere—this place isn’t worth the hassle
