Really good central location. Very friendly, helpful reception staff, couldn’t be nicer! Spotlessly clean and with everything we required. Good value! Breakfast was satisfying and Flori always greeted us with a smile and was helpful and efficient 10/10! Room was ideal for our requirements. We were at the back and experienced no noise whatsoever, from neighbouring rooms and corridor or from outside. Lots of hot water in the shower and comfortable beds. Fridge and kettle with herbal tea and coffee sachets in room. I bought milk from the mini mart next door and and my own Yorkshire teabags! A great stay, couldn’t ask for more for what we paid.

It is a great hotel with great employees. Short distance til resturants/bars, it was a little shop thats sold dayli's next door. The service was great! Florin and Florina (at the breakfast) was so welcomming and warm. Allways a smile and so much positivity. And the service at the resepcion was also great, they talk good english and helped with whatever question i had

Great location for old town. Brilliant reception and all the staff were good. Booked airport transfer for us with no problem (€35 for 2 people). Bed was fantastically comfortable and the balcony was handy. Air con was good. Coffee machine nice touch. Breakfast was good with a lovely selection. Toiletries provided in the bathroom. Would stay there again without hesitation.

The hotel is right in the heart of the city. Excellent location to get to all the sights and transport links. Hotel reception staff very friendly. Room was nice standard with great shower and comfortable bed. Spotless clean. Main issue was the noise from the surrounding streets being very noisy which didn’t make for restful nights sleep. Agree with previous review that they need to improve level of glazing. Breakfast room was very small but was ok and not great selection but something for everyone. Breakfast staff worked very hard. Florin very helpful. Good value.

Great Location, very nice and spacious room on the fifth floor. Staff at the front desk Bogdan and Adrian were extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast selection was ok but not great. The biggest problem for us was the noise. The hotel should definitely installed double faced windows as it is located on the main Boulevard with fire truck and ambulances going all the way all the time.

I had a great stay at Central Hotel. The room was comfortable and the overall atmosphere very pleasant. I especially want to mention Andrei from reception, who was extremely helpful and professional – he really made my stay better. Highly recommend!

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location is perfect next to old town and the breakfast was good quality. For example fresh scrambled egg - not the ones from the carton which a lot of hotels serve nowadays! Only downside was that my room was facing the street and I could hear cars and honking with closed windows. The room was clean, but could see some renovation in the bathroom / overall. I would come again.

Flori in the cafe at breakfast was so warm and welcoming. The hotel overall is very nice, but she is above and beyond. I recommend staying here and having the breakfast in the morning 🙌🏽
